Fantastic service, fast delivery. Love these stirrups so much that I ordered a pair each for my 2 children (aged 7 and 8). Cant put a price on safety and hopeful that it will stop my youngest child pointing her toes to the ground as well!

Det finns kundservice och det finns KUNDSERVICE med stort K, vilket jag nu upplevt med Ophena. Mina stigbyglar hade tappat stinget och jag kontaktade de som tillverkat dem med resultatet att jag fick ett par nya. Dessa stigbyglar är både min och dotterns favoriter pga ett enda stort faktum : De räddar liv. Utan dem skulle jag undvika att hoppa upp på min lite tossiga islänning som pga sjukdom gått igenom uppstart efter uppstart och då blivit extra het. Med Ophenas stigbyglar sitter fötterna klistrade på byglarna och OM olyckan skulle vara framme och jag trilla av då vet jag att det inte finns någon risk att fastna i stigbygeln och dras efter hästen.

Ich hatte anfangs vor der Bestellung schon einige Fragen. Diese schrieb ich per Mail an ophena. Umgehend erhielt ich Antworten und bestellte sie direkt. Auch der versand ging ratz fatz. Samstag abend bestellt, Dienstag mittag schon da. Als ich sie testete traten weitere Fragen auf, die auch umgehend beantwortet wurden. Sie halfen mir schnell und effizient. Ich bin so begeistert, dass eigentlich 5 Sterne nicht reichen.

Quick response, always nice! I forgot to order an extra pare of inside soles, without a problem the extra soles where adit to my outstanding order. So no extra shipping costs!

I wanted to take advantage of the free engraving offer and the 60 day trial. Due to my daughter having an injury she is unable to ride for the next 2 months. Simon has been very helpful and accommodating. I was able to place and confirm my order taking advantage of the offers. I just need to let Simon know when I would like my order dispatched. I am confident the product will for fill my daughters expectations.
