Unexpected bonus to buying a new Samsung phone. The process was fairly easy to follow and I am delighted with my prize.

I recently purchased a mobile phone which incorporated the free chromebook offer.
I completed the request and sent it and received an email to say the promotion was accepted and then I received another email to say that I was not eligible.

I made various calls to O2 and Samsung to find out what the issue was as I was eligible and they could not find a reason as to why, this was distressful.

I had to send a photograph of my the mobile which I had purchased alongside the date and time, this was not easy to do.

The staff were at all times helpful and polite but I find not having a reason for why unsatisfactory.

Took longer than stated for claim to be verified. But once it was i had the reward cone through very quickly. Fast response to email questioning why claim hadn't been accepted and an easy process.

I was kept updated with the progress of my order and the anticipated day and time of arrival
The order arrived on the information given.

Eventually given the go ahead to receive the free chromebook but it was a real challenge with too many hoops to jump through, almost as if they didn't want to fulfill the offer.

I recently participated in the Samsung S24FE mobile phone promotion, where Samsung promised to provide a Chromebook as part of the offer. I’m happy to say that they delivered exactly as promised! The claim process was smooth, and the service team was efficient in assisting me throughout. Receiving the Chromebook as expected was a great experience, and I appreciate Samsung’s commitment to fulfilling their promotions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the process and would definitely recommend Samsung’s promotions to others.

Its a great initiative , easy to apply for and upload receipts, my sister is really enjoying her Samsung flip (so soft to touch and easy to navigate) and Galaxy tab s6 lite
