I was so delighted to get my free Chromebook with new my Samsung fold 6. So easy to claim , excellent 👌

Having replaced an ageing Galaxy Ultra with a newer model the service from Samsung was seamless and excellent.

I made 2 claims both for samsung products..one was a £200 cashback which i received earlier them the 45 days they suggest. The other was a free chromebook which again was recieved early..I had no problems filling in the claim form and found it quite simple and straightforward. Once they accepted my claim I was emailed to say claim accepted and would receive gifts within 45 days..I am very happy with opia and samsung for the ease and quickness from day 1 of claim until gifts recieved

The option to get a tablet was available, but by the time it was sent I had to have a chromebook as apparently they were so popular they didn't have any in stock. Other then that the delivery was quick once the reward was sent.

Absolutely appalling process from start to finish. I was made to jump through hoops to actually be confirmed for the 'free gift' (had to send documents time and again) They then sent me the wrong item and I had to return it myself. I advised I was unable to print a returns label and they were not interested in helping me resolve this. They told me the post office would help. The post office said they wouldn't. Still I received no support in getting a label printed. Completely unhelpful at every step.

The claim went through but wasn't approved or even assessed until I called weeks after. It took ages to arrive but was updated when it would arrive and given a tracking number.
