Laptop was delivered with damage to the box. I emailed customer support who replied with a template of questions despite most answers already being in my first email. I responded straight away with all required information but haven't heard back.

Although I had to wait more than 5 days to find out whether my application was successful after that I was kept aware when I would receive my promotional gift.
My gift also came quicker than 45 days specified and once I was told it was dispatched...it came very quickly.
