I find that the course I did was full of things I didn't know and I've had dogs for years. I only did the course as my dog groomer for 10 years retired and it was very hard to find someone else that I trusted as my wee dog is nervous and at a price that I could afford so I decided to do a dog grooming course but I enjoyed it so much that I could still do all the things I have to do
( walk dogs 4 of them) Which was so relaxing that I could do a hour here and maybe two hours later on in the day. So now I ve passed the last exam I had decided to do the advance dog grooming course 🙂😺

Good pricing system and easy to navigate application and process.

Nobody answers the phone when there is problems, no one replies to emails for confirmation, in fact I'm not sure there is anyone there at all, I'm starting to think this is a scam, if it's not I need someone to phone me on 07957552129 ASAP

I bought a course from this company iv phoned and emailed on a number occasions no answer to either I feel this company is fraudulent and would never advise anyone to buy a course from this company

I purchased courses Payroll Level 2 and Level 3. OMG the courses are obsolete and outdated!! Laws, legislations, rules, NI rates and thresholds, everything is dated 2015. But we are in 2024 and everything has changed since then!!! Non-existing customer service. They don't respond to any queries. I emailed them and even contacted them on social media. No response, even though I am enquiring my certificate for which I paid £10. The course for Payroll was such a crap, 99% copy-pasted from HRMC website, but with a very poor formatting where you are sometimes not sure whether the next page of the slide is still continuing text from the slide before (or whether it is a new topic), and that's because the whole slides are bullet pointed, how it was just copy-pasted in a hurry. End of module test, which is supposed to consolidate your learning: 5 easy questions with yes/no choice. Absolutely does not consolidate any learning!! There is a mistake so it marked my correct answer as "wrong", spoiling my score. The final quiz/test, again just yes/no choice answers, even an idiot would pass it as there is a mock test before that which contains all questions (and answers) for the real test. Waste of time. Just read the Booklet for Employers on HMRC website and its's the same, just with up to date information and FREE.

Very informative course yet containing the most essential aspects of Minute Taking.

I have just completed the understanding addictions course. Overall it is well worthwhile doing, however the data used in the course is all American and is over 20 years old. It really should be updated. Also the tax and career advice is out of date. I will consider doing further courses with them.

The price is right and the flexible online courses are very good

I think, by and large Oplex is quite good in fact I`ll change that and say very good. Very informative easy to negotiate but, there`s always a but, in the modules I feel I could learn a little more if the answers, when wrong, and I have more than 60%, the correct answer could be given in order that I learn a little more. I apologize for the 42 word sentence, I have just finished reading James Joyce's Ulysses.

Don't waste your time or money. On the Data Protection Course the slides had typos, spelling mistakes and formatting issues. Each module should have an assessment at the end but one was missing. I contacted them twice about the missing assessment and got no response. The website says you will have a tutor, but you are given no way to contact this person. On the final assessment there were 4 questions with wrong answers. I took screen shots of the questions and screenshots of the Information Commissioner's Office website (official source for Data Protection) to demonstrate that the answers were wrong. I got no response.

Everything was good easy to access and up to date

I completed a Level 3 teaching assistant course, I applied for a job and was told this was not valid and I wouldn't even be able to get an interview. I contacted Oplex Careers they were very rude and really unhelpful I really don't recommend them as its basically a piece of paper your paying for your not getting anything that will enable you in getting a job.

Well i feel i learnt a lot from the course, it built my care and social care skills and it easy to understand. and i think the price is very affordable
