I've been wearing Switch sunglasses for years now. I've worn through my second frames (sunscreen tends to take its toll on things). Beth helped me through the process of replacing my frames, which saves all my lens investment (I have six different lens pairs). Excellent service.

I had difficulty trying to order a set of prescription Recspecs Recoil shooting glasses as both eye care places in my town were no longer carrying them. I called Optics Outfitters and got Beth. She was very helpful and assisted me ordering the set of sports glasses and lenses I needed. I’ll definitely be able to up my game on the Sporting Clays and Trap course this season!

Ron gave me specific goggles to choose from and options to build the perfect pair of goggles for my husband's indoor soccer and outdoor jet skiing. Needed to make rush delivery and Beth helped with following up and ensuring my son's goggles were shipped overnight.

This company – which sometimes goes by the name RecSpecs - is awful.

I rarely take the time to write a negative review, but this place was beyond. I placed an order on September 20 for a pair of sunglasses (which are manufactured by a SwitchVision and not prescription). These details are important because of the lies I was told later.

Upon placing my order I was told it was 3 to 5 business day shipping. A week later I get an email telling me that my order was “being manufactured” and would take 12 to 15 business days, and that I would receive confirmation when it was ready.

On October 15, still having heard nothing, I called and was told that my glasses were “being made in the lab” were “going to be ready the next day” and for my troubles I would receive “free overnight shipping.”

Today, October 18, I still see no updates. I called and the agent said “they are just putting the glue on your lenses.” Obviously, it was another lie, so I asked them for my money back and for an immediate confirmation of cancellation to my credit card. That, luckily, I received promptly.

Do not order from these guys. They suck. They lie. And they tell you the most ridiculous tales.

Bought some Rec Specs prescription swim goggles. Wow! I can go in the pool and on the water rides with my kids this summer but this time I'll be able to see. Prompt delivery once my prescription was uploaded.
