Ive never had customer service like this. Ive been in bars and restaurants and waited longer for help or service. From a person i can see.
This is primo, tutti di capo,nobody will top this; the service itself is unbelievable. The set up is so well handled by the optic team you could be toddler and be able to do it with their help. I already have other similar services and I'm disappointed ive paid them for services i should have paid optic for. Seriously don't go anywhere else.
I wouldn't ever even leave a review of anything but seriously i love this app cos im not a specky gimpshot. But this is the gravy sister!

I am very pleased with the service and customer service. I've tried several IPTV services and this one is by far the best one. I've only had a couple of problems and it was fixed promptly. Almost no buffering and very clear picture. They always respond fast and are very helpful and very nice whenever I need assistance. I appreciate the great service!!! Thanks

Five star service
Five star service. Not sure why people have rate it four if the services are great, no buffering, and great customer service. I have no issues. Picture is crystal clear, channels load, lots of options to choose from, with most recent movies and series. By far the best IPTV I’ve ever used.

I've tried a lot of IPTV services in the past.... OpticTV is one of the better services I've had. The buffering is minimal, channel selection is excellent and the customer service is really good. Everytime I had a question they were quick with their responses. I would definitely recommend their service.

I’ve had an amazing experience with this company and can honestly say the service has exceeded my expectations. The streaming quality is smooth and reliable with very little to no buffering, which makes watching live channels, movies, and TV series enjoyable without interruptions. The selection is huge, and they constantly seem to have something for everyone.
What really stands out is the customer service. They respond quickly, are professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful whenever assistance is needed. They go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of and problems are resolved fast.
Another thing I appreciate is that they will even help find movies or shows that may not appear in the search listings. If they’re able to locate it, they’ll add or list it for you, and if they can’t find it, they’ll honestly let you know instead of leaving you wondering. That level of communication and effort really makes a difference.
Overall, the combination of great streaming quality, massive content selection, and outstanding customer support makes this service easy to recommend.

I'm new to this IPTv service (1st…
I'm new to this IPTv service (1st month) after my Old service was discontinued after 5 years. I'm happy with OpticTV so far other then having to contact them to fix the baseball channels often. Hopefully the fix this soon also the buffering is minimal but i did have to get NordVPN. I will recommend this service for now and hopefully don't have to change my mind later.

After reviewing your previous requests in chats between us, it appears that the issue with the baseball/PPV channels was due to the playlist not being reloaded daily on your end. Each time you contacted us, the playlist had not been refreshed in your end, which is required to display newly added or updated events channels that updates everyday. A simple reload in your player would have allowed you to see PPV updated sport channels immediately. and that is what OpticTV team always responded to do when you contact us about it.
Please also note that PPV channels are updated daily for all sports, so new events and channels are added regularly daily for all sports. Reloading your playlist ensures you always see the latest available content in our service as all customers do.
Regarding the buffering, the issue was coming from your side, specifically your ISP connection. After our team troubleshooted the issue, they recommended using a VPN and assisted you with the setup, the problem was resolved and the service has been running smoothly since.
As always, we strongly encourage you to contact us anytime you experience any issue or have questions, we are always here to help and ensure the best possible experience.

I was experiencing constant buffering on both my tvs this morning. I got in touch with customer service and they helped me fix the problem. Now I know what to do the next time it happens. Their customer service is truly excellent! I’ve tried several iptv services. This by far the best.

In many cases, it depends on the player being used, as apps like TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro are known to sometimes take longer to refresh or load EPG data.
