The Professional Scrum Master I (PSM1) training with Optilearn was very engaging and practical, and Ryan was an amazing teacher. He's very knowledgeable about Scrum and was very patient and I definitely feel confident in being able to pass the PSM I exam thanks to this class

Great training experience

I really enjoyed doing the Professional Scrum Master Course. It was led by Ryan who was very engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the subject area. I now feel very prepared to sit the assessment and take the learning into my daily practice.

The instructor was energetic, witty, and incredibly knowledgeable! They really challenged our understanding of Scrum and the Product Owner role, making the PSPO training a fun and enriching experience.

The course was led and presented really well by Ryan. We covered a lot of areas in the 2 days but none of the content felt rushed and there was always time for questions. All of the content was very relevant and Ryan's knowledge and the way he delivered the training was fantastic.

Ryan is a great instructor. He teaches the content in an engaging way through practical exercises and theory, and makes all the key concepts very clear. He always made time for additional questions if needed. I highly recommend Ryan and Optilearn.

Through a series of engaging experiences, Jim brought Scrum to life for me and my fellow participants, in a way I'd not experienced for some time. The pace was just right, the material was focussed and sharp and the whole experience was well seasoned with relevant case studies, and tales from the trenches.

The training was an excellent preparation to the assessment, which I took this morning with confidence, and passed!

I can heartily recommend Jim and the Optilearn team to anyone considering what it takes to Master Scrum.

Attended the Professional Product Owner 1 course. Ryan is a really engaging instructor and the course was a good mix of theory and practical exercises.
I have taken many of the tools and advice shared on the course back into my work environment.

Took the PSPO I course with Ryan from Optilearn. Ryan adapted it to the existing knowledge and experience of the attendees. Which made the course more of a bespoke learning experience. The course was well structured, with lots of activities to put ideas into practice. All of which combined to make be feel I have some real usable tools, and not just the right answers to the exam.

Thanks to Ryan, I had an absolutely fantastic experience learning not only about the role of a Product Owner in a Scrum team but also about the entire team and the Scrum framework. Ryan is an amazing coach!
Although the course was held online via Zoom, it felt far more productive and informative than many in-person courses. Ryan fosters engaging discussions, creates a positive and dynamic atmosphere, and delivers information exceptionally well. The course was highly informative, offering plenty to learn. Now time to reflect on it, practice to pass the exam and then apply Scrum principles effectively in the workplace.

I recently cleared my PSPO I certification all thanks to the excellent training and guidance provided by Ryan and the Optilearn team. What I liked about the training the most was it focused more on 'How can I actually become a good product owner' than about just clearing the assessment which is exactly what I wanted from the training. Ryan was also very patient in answering all our questions and customized the content a little bit to our liking/background/difficulty points etc.. which is what makes the training more worthwhile than a Coursera course for example. I was also very impressed with how well Ryan maintained time in teaching all the important content and we also had enough time for all sort of discussions. Lastly, the entire Optilearn team contributed to guiding us through the resources required to pass the certification, the rules of the assessment and all the do's and don'ts.

Ryan is obviously very passionate and knowledgeable about Product Ownership! He delivered a really interesting and inspiring course and got the group working well together. I look forward to implementing change in my organisation using all the information/tips & tricks/resources he has provided
