Super schnelle Express Lieferung!

Ich habe am 17.05.2025 eine Tom Ford Sonnenbrille bestellt. Bestellnummer: YQTCZQOQO
Laut Vertrag sollte die Brille innerhalb von 4-6 Wochen ausgeliefert worden sein. Heute ist der 10.07.2025, also ca. 8 Wochen später und es wurde immer noch keine Sonnenbrille versandt. Auf E-Mails wird entweder nicht reagiert oder es heißt: Sie können Ihren Kauf stornieren! Und wie ich bei den vielen Bewertungen lese, wird der bereits vor Wochen gezahlte Kaufpreis erst nach vielen Wochen rückerstattet.
Für mich ist dies ein höchst unseriöses Verhalten, weshalb ich dort keinesfalls nochmals etwas bestellen würde.

Habe mir im April eine MiuMiu Sonnebrille bestellt. Kam 2 Wochen später an und ich habe mich riesig gefreut.
Jetzt ist aber der Bügel der Sonnenbrille defekt und ich versuche seit 2 Wochen jemand zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Erfolg!
Ich sende jeden Tag eine Mail, da man 1 Jahr Garantie drauf hat aber ich erreiche niemand!

Produkt bestellt und bezahlt, daraufhin erfolgte eine Bestätigung. Nun heißt es, das Produkt sei nicht lieferbar. Sollte keine umgehende Rückerstattung erfolgen, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Brille im April bestellt. Laut Online-Angabe war diese innerhalb von 3-4 Tagen lieferbar. Kurz nach der Bestellung kam die Email, dass die Brille dann doch nicht vorrätig ist und ich mich 4 Wochen gedulden müsste. Nach 4 Wochen auf eigene Nachfrage, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Brille Ende Mai geliefert wird. Nichts passiert und daher erneut angefragt. Man teilte mir wieder Verzögerungen der Bestellung mit. Auf der Webseite stand übrigens wenn man eine neue Bestellung aufgeben würde, dass die Brille innerhalb von 8-10 Tagen geliefert wird, was natürlich auch nicht stimmt. Nach 8 Wochen hatte ich dann keine Lust mehr auf mehr Verzögerungssmitteilungen. Vermutlich klappt es bei einigen Bestellungen gut. Ich hatte jedoch, wie viele hier auch beschreiben, Probleme mit der Lieferung. Einzig positive - schnelle Geldretoure und Stornierung der Bestellung. Gestern bei einem deutschen Online-Shop die selbe Brille für 20€ teuerer bestellt - Lieferung für Dienstag erwartet.

Bestellt habe ich eine Nike-Sport-Sonnenbrille zum unschlagbaren Preis.

Very bad experience! An item on the company's website was marked as available and ready for shipment within 24 - 48 hours. I therefore ordered the item plus DHL Express Shipment at extra cost on 03.07.2025.

However I received an email a couple of hours later that the item was no more available and can be shipped after 6 to 10 days later. I was highly disappointed and logged on to the website to cancel the order but to my surprise, the company had order cancellation forms only in Spanish language. I went like how in the world can such an online shop operate without the extra comfort for other European customers to respond in English as widely internationally used language? I had to write extra email to the customer service and request for cancellation of the order immediately.
There was no prompt response and became worried and therefore decided to lodge a formal complaint via PayPal through whom the payment was effected.
Apparently they received my complaint from PayPal and thereafter received an email from them saying order has now been cancelled and refund of the full amount authorised,
I will never ever order from this company and would advise anyone to consider very carefully before ordering anything from them in the future.
The old folks say "a word to the wise is enough"!

I ordered Miu Miu glasses on May 4, which were in stock on the site. Then they told me that the product was actually out of stock (!) and would be supplied in 3-4 weeks. Last week, at the end of the 8th week, I told them that I wanted to cancel because they still hadn't received the product and they told me that it would be canceled within 14 working days. This is the most ridiculous and fraudulent thing in the world because you have kept my money for months by showing a product that does not exist and stalling me for months. At the end of 2 months, you don't even refund the money properly and quickly. I do not recommend this site to anyone in any way. Both the stock information on the site is never correct and they continue to stall you with false information. I will continue to write complaints on every site I see until my refund is made as soon as possible.

Guter Preis, schnelle Lieferung, große Auswahl an Produkten

Brille top, schnelle Liferung

Verkauft Brillen, die nicht vorrätig sind, man bezahlt aber Expressversand. Dann muss man ungefähr 13 Tage warten, bis sie die Brille von ihrem Lieferant bekommen, dann dauert es nochmal ca 10 Tage bis die Brille im Zielland ankommt. Ich habe die Brille nicht abgeholt und sie wurde vom Paketzusteller wieder zurückgeschickt, darauf zogen sie mir gute 17 Euro ab ich bekam somit 17 Euro weniger zurückerstattet. Der schlechteste Brillenanbieter, den es gibt. Finger weg!!!
