I purchased two Ultimate Creatine Gummies and I went to open the 2nd container today and found that the gummies had all melted into one big ball. The Gummies were stored correctly, the jar is still sealed and I am left with 120 gummies in one large blob. I live in CA our temperatures and my pantry are very cool and the jar remains sealed against humidity.

Misleading pricing. Website read one price but when you go to checkout that price changed. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware do not use this company. After my issues I did more research and found there are plenty of better quality products elsewhere for much better prices.

They dropped the price to fifty dollars a month, making it much more affordable and sourcing All of the ingredients in this product would be a nightmare.... It has prebiotics, probiotics, mushrooms, seeds, enzymes.
Botanicals, you name it.... Very powerful health benefits...very happy to have found the Optimal Human!

Most ridiculous cancellation process. Cancel on site is useless, they make you email them you’re not even allowed to cancel in the first 30 days and the next shipment auto ships in 30 days so it’s basically impossible

I enjoy the product overall, starter kit leaves a little to be desired. However the product tastes great and I can feel it's effects, been using daily for the last month.

Grossly inflated price and scam customer service. Absolutely not worth $70. The claim that the welcome kit is worth $119 is ridiculous. They send you a plastic bottle (the likes of which I have found at dollar stores) and a couple of stickers. They won't let you cancel your subscription for a full 30 days, and tell you that if you don't cancel within a 12 hour window (or more accurately a 4-6 hour window for most people), you'll most likely charged again.

Canceled my subscription and have email verification from their team that I canceled it. Still charged me and refused to answer my emails after. Now I have to spend my time and money to send the product back just to get a refund. This is a fraudulent company that wants to steal your money.

it's an awesome product but the only reason why it's getting 4 stars is because the misleading shipping information for me atleast, they tried to make it right if that constitutes anything other than that the price is kinda high knowing i can get 100b cfu for around 1$ a day. idk it probably cant get much cheaper

This product works, great list of ingredients, fast shipping, great customer service, great price. I drink this everyday.
