Doing this course with Optimus was such an incredible experience. The team at Optimus were the best part of it as the information, coaching support, and knowledge they provided made it so valuable.

I was looking to become an accredited coach to add to my existing coaching qualifications and experience. I also wanted to learn more about neuroscience and somatic coaching so the Optimus qualification seemed like the best fit. During the course we had a range of coaches mentoring us and facilitating sessions and each of them was excellent. I learned a lot about how to meet ICF markers and gained ideas and insights to build on my existing approaches to coaching. It was all perfectly set up to make accreditation straightforward and has definitely done what I needed it to do. I also felt it was good value in a crowded market of coaching providers.

I recently completed the Level 2 upgrade with Optimus and found the course exceptionally well designed and thoughtfully structured. I especially valued the holistic approach, bringing together essential elements of effective coaching — from positive psychology and neuroscience to somatics.

The learning experience went far beyond theory; it deepened my awareness, presence, and practical coaching skills in a meaningful way. Every facilitator and mentor, including Ruth, were consistently supportive, insightful, and genuinely invested in our growth throughout the journey.

From the outset, the course is manageable, exceptionally well organised, and thoughtfully structured. You are supported throughout, with ample reference materials and clear guidance at every stage. The weekly live sessions are excellent: engaging, practical, and genuinely valuable rather than performative.

My cohort was exceptional. A diverse, committed, and deeply human group of people who brought real movement, insight, and generosity to the learning experience. The trainers are outstanding: knowledgeable, grounded, and generous with their experience. Each week is structured to allow sufficient time to practise, observe, reflect, and integrate, which makes the learning stick.

The neuroscience content is particularly well presented, with each chapter building clearly and coherently. The tools and frameworks I’ve gained are immediately usable not theoretical for theory’s sake, but practical and confidence-building. It is ideal both for new coaches and for more experienced practitioners seeking professional accreditation and deeper grounding.

I genuinely cannot fault the Optimus’s team or the course itself. It has been life-changing in the truest sense expanding my capability, my confidence, and my self-awareness.

My coach training journey was an emotional rollercoaster, full of self doubt and uncertainty about whether coaching was right for me. Optimus supported me through it, and most of that doubt has now disappeared. I no longer feel like a deer in the headlights. I feel like a coach ready to be let out into the world. Excellent coach training company; just finished my 8 month PCC and could not fault the high quality service alongside professional delivery. I had a few concerns going in, but none of these materialised as there is help and support whenever you need it. Would thoroughly recommend it as my life has been transformed. I'd read many reviews before taking the plunge and booking on the Professional Coaching Diploma with Optimus. They all said things like 'fabulous' 'life changing' and 'empowering.' All of which I found to be absolutely true!

Having done a bit of coaching and mentoring in my previous profession, I came with a little bit of experience. I finished this course with much greater knowledge and understanding of the power of coaching and the enlightenment it brings.

Training for my PCC diploma with Optimus was by far the best learning experience I’ve ever had. There is obviously a huge amount of care and detail that has gone into every single part of it, from the design of the material, the communication, the wonderful trainers, all the way to how the cohort was corralled and the alumni experience. The programme is practical, structured, and very grounded in ethics and real coaching work, not fluffy motivation.
What I appreciated most is that you’re not left alone. There is always someone available to support you, ask questions, or sense-check things, which makes a big difference when you’re learning and actually applying coaching with clients. The feedback is clear and linked to the competencies, so you know exactly where you stand.

I have absolutely LOVED my experience with Optimus. From the start I have felt supported, the teachers are so warm and engaging and the content and way it is delivered meant i was always able to maintain interest and focus. I really like the mix of mediums used - looking at frameworks, models, doing exercises in mini groups, watching recordings - it meant i was always focussed and interested. it never got samey. They listen to student feedback and are always looking to adapt and improve thr course and lessons. They get you coaching right away which whilst daunting at first, has meant I have built my experience and confidence up over time. 10/10 recommend, if you are interested in coaching sign up now!!
