This Associate Diploma has been a fantastic start to my journey into the wonderful world of coaching. I have always felt genuinely valued here, with constant support for both my professional and personal development. Thank you, Optimus; the experience has been a thrilling ride that has flown by in the blink of an eye.

Although I originally qualified as a Coach in 2017 (with another organisation), I've been looking to deepen and update my skills and knowledge, as well as be better prepared to apply for the ICF accreditation. Whilst I was originally looking at taking a master's route, it was clear that OPTIMUS covered ALL my academic and professional needs.
The trainers are excellent, the content is up-to-date and science-backed, mentors are experienced and approachable. The cherry on the top was the peer group - the cohort was small so it felt like a tutor group rather than a lecture, and we were able to bond and support each other. The peer coaching was fantastic.

I have taken several coaching certifications and Optimus, by far, has been the best experience I have had. It was clear from day one that it is important that they create great coaches; you matter to them, and they create a safe environment for learning, practicing, and growing. Enroll in their course, you will be glad you did!

I have enjoyed every minute of the Optimus professional coaching course and revelled at how true trusting the process has been. I feel equipped and confident to use the teaching and tools in my work not least because the peer coaching experience provides evidence that coaching works to transform

Absolutely loved the course. The training is such high class. I've definitely developed the skills to become a proficient coach, however, I've also developed an emotional maturity in myself that offers me a more fulfilling and happier life.

I looked around for a while to find somewhere to train. I had seen things in the industry I wasn't keen on, so ethics and standards were important to me. When I found Optimus it seemed to fit what I needed.

Optimus Coach Academy gave me a great grounding in the theory and practice of coaching. The Optimus Associate Coach Diploma is ICF and AC accredited and promotes high stadards of ethical practice.The taught sessions were accompanied by resources that I could use before or after each session to extend my knowledge and understanding. Being taught in a small group meant that there was lots of opportunity to ask questions, discuss and explore each topic and the tutors were open and generous in sharing their experience and expertise. This is an experiential course so from the start there were opportunities to put into practice what we had learned and to have feedback from peers and tutors alike. I found the mentor sessions really helpful. I found the transparency of the assessment criteria and the clarity of the processes excellent. Highly recommended if you want to start out as a life coach.

This was no mean feat as my cohort were from varied backgrounds, time zones and at very different stages in their coaching journey, yet this was all handled skilfully so that everyone benefited.
I have made friends for life in my cohort too which is not what I had expected, I have learned so much from them all!
