I recently utilized the services of Oracle Protection Insurance Brokers. My experience was fairly neutral. The team was professional and courteous, but I found their response times to be slower than anticipated. While they did provide the necessary coverage, the lack of prompt communication left me feeling somewhat unsure about my overall experience.

Helpful, informative and good customer service
Nick was so helpful and informative and helped me understand the policy, the process and was very patient with me.
I did have to speak with him a couple times over the week as had to speak with my existing policy holders. Information was sent to me via email quickly and well explained

I had a quick call from Nick and we discussed a new policy plan I had arranged with another broker.
I informed him on my existing policy and Nick advised me genuinely that I should stay with my current plan. He gave clear and accurate examples of how my existing policy was suitable.
