I recently secured finance for my first company vehicle through Oracle Finance, and the service I received from James Walker and Charlotte Bell was outstanding from start to finish.

As a relatively young limited company with no previous borrowing history, I had been struggling to secure funding through traditional lenders despite having a healthy and profitable business. After being turned down elsewhere, I contacted Oracle Finance to see if they could help.

James Walker quickly took the time to understand my circumstances and, within a matter of days, sourced a finance solution that worked for both me and my company. Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, proactive, and always available to answer questions or explain the next steps. His communication was excellent, and he worked hard to navigate a number of underwriting requests and additional information requirements on my behalf.

Once the finance was approved, Charlotte Bell took over the administration side and was equally fantastic. She guided me through the documentation, kept me updated throughout, and ensured everything moved forward as efficiently as possible. Her communication was prompt, professional and reassuring, particularly as we worked towards completing the transaction within a tight timeframe.

The only hiccup during the entire process occurred after funds had been transferred, when the dealership was temporarily unable to locate proof of payment on their side, resulting in a short delay to collection. Importantly, this was not Oracle Finance’s fault and appeared to be an administrative issue elsewhere. Throughout that period both James and Charlotte remained responsive, helpful and proactive in assisting wherever they could.

What impressed me most was the level of personal service. At every stage I felt like James and Charlotte genuinely cared about getting the deal completed rather than simply processing another application. They worked hard to find a solution where others could not and made what could easily have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Oracle Finance, and in particular James Walker and Charlotte Bell, to anyone looking for vehicle finance, especially business owners with more complex circumstances or limited company applications.

Initial contact was good, Chris White was responsive and he sent me a few options to consider. I didn’t want to rush into anything so went away to think about the next steps. I received generic follow-up calls and emails from Oracle over the coming weeks, but when I contacted Chris again with some further options he never bothered coming back to me.
I wanted to give Oracle a go since they are local to me and generally receive good reviews, but unfortunately my experience only made me feel like I didn’t matter and perhaps my requirements weren’t substantial enough for them. I will use my previous broker going forward.
