Good luck gettimg customer service. Doesn't answer phones or emails. Purchased ebike under warranty yet. NO RESPONSE to numerous calls or emails!

Bought 2 items (Watch 4 plus + Freepods 4) on 27 January 2024 in Morocco. I didnt receive the Freepods. Contacted Email, no response. Contated Whatsapp support no response. Contacted their phone number, they pick up after the 100th call, just to lie to you and say that "it will be shipped to you in 4 days". After 4 days, nothing. Again they promise 4 days, and nothing. Then I call 3rd and 4th time so they tell me to wait for their "supervisor to answer their email".

Fraudulant company. Scammy behavior. RUN.

Non existent customer service. Once you buy product and becomes faulty within warranty, they don't respond to emails, means you have no warranty. You have been warned, buy at your own risk. Order #1781

Oraimo is a very good professional products when it comes to their head phones and phone chargers. I have personally bought them. But my advice for them is that they can improve on making them more solid for customers to depend on their products by ensuring that their product quality draws more customers by not selling them costly thereby allowing them to get more customers ordering them for their satisfaction.

Oraimo has the worst customer service. I bought a FreePods Lite earpod from them which turn out to be substandard. The battery doesn't last and it disconnects on its own. I reached out to their customer support on the day I received the product to no avail. Called a lot and sent email but no response. No they put a clause that before you get a warranty, you must provide a receipt. However, when you purchase from their website and they deliver to you, they don't issue you a receipt so that you won't be able to get access to the warranty. Their services is very very poor.

Buying their product online is a scam in Nigeria. Twice I have bought their power banks, a year apart. They were both received with security seals opened, the product itself looks like it’s been used previously as display and you can’t reach their customer service by phone. They never respond either via email. On getting through to customer are, I was asked to use the product like that until it has an issue. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ even though they claim to have a refund and replacement policy. SCAM.

I got scammed by ma.oraimo.com , I bought from them SoundPro 2C, When I received the package, I was shocked to find that the box was in terrible condition. There was a big hole in the box and the whole box was in disrepair. When I opened the box I found that the speaker was damaged. The speaker was cracked, they knew that it was damaged but they send it anyway.

Oraimo is the only company I know that has the highest, strongest, powerful, durable and manageable techniques and technology in the world, though they are quite expensive

The earpiece I bought has proven to be reliable and durable, lasting longer than other earpieces I've owned. The sound quality is great and it's comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

I purchased an Oraimo humidifer in November and it stopped working after 4 months. It also leaks water all over the floor.

Very disappointing and waiting to hear that Oraimo will replace the unit.

Purchased humidifier 10 days ago, turned it on a few times with a timer and it stopped working. Returned to sender with Amazon

I bought oraimo freepods 3 a year ago and lost it. Then i bought a new one couple of days ago and guess what.
They changed the headphone quality
They reduced the volume and sound quality
The old one which i lost was way much better although it was the same brand and model

I bought two oraimo pilot 20kmah powerbank under 5month which had identical fault without any physical damage. I even regret giving their pilot power bank 1star

Bought your headphone with a bad charging port now you tell me it's customer's fault. I have used head phone b4- Zealot- it never gave me issue. U downgraded ur customer. No anyform of empathy. Wat a company.
