DO NOT USE, they are thieves. If you’re a foreigner they take more money from you without explanation assuming you won’t be able to tell. When you complain when you figure out the theft, suddenly the system is down…
I went to the branch over 10 times to get the STOLEN money they added on my monthly bill. for over a month the system is being updated. when you call to complain, they tell will call you back with information.
If other Orange companies in WESTERN countries would’ve done that, governments would shut them down.
Just landed in Portugal
Just landed in Portugal. No internet roaming service inspite of previous notification to an Orange representative.
What happened after that when dealing with orange customer service is a pathetic story of very poor service, extreme incompetence lies and fraud. So sorry to have witnessed the descent of orange to such a low level.

HRG SIM cards scammers
Ok, let me introduce you to their scam tactics. At Hurghada airport, we bought 2 sim cards for ridiculously low prices. One of them was 30GB for 9USD. It was working for maybe the first evening, then it ran out data... when we came back to the airport, departing home, i left the SIM plastic frame inside my backpack. The first security guy told me that i have to pass through some security check. Ok... when he was searching my backpack, the only thing he was interested in was the plasric frame of that SIM. He told me "what is this... it is a trash, throw it away... HERE... " I was just thinking like... ok, here you go. And I threw it to the plastic container that he showed me. Then I wanted to buy a coffee, the guy at the cafe after the security check asked me kindly if I, by any chance, have some Egyptian SIM card, because I am leaving and probably I will not need it anymore and that he needs to give it to his relative or some other bs... so I said yes of course I have and it has a plenty of remaining data! I gave him that SIM which ran out of data the first day. But then I connected everything together. They are doing this to resell the used ones. Even the guy who only wanted me to throw that empty frame out... cool. Be careful, this is a scam country and I would not go there anymore.

1. scamed by there emplyees at airport (got 16 GBits)
2. i record my data usege. after 2.4 GBits. "MY orange app" tells me i am out.
3. contact orange.eg they say i have used all on one simcard
4. they tell me i have 2Gbits left out of 16 on the other sim that i have not even activated.

They keep reducing the speed, then I call them to raise it then they reduce it again and we get into this endless loop !!
Worst customer and network service
Worst customer service, instead of solving a problem they were responsible for in the first place they started blaming me for not calling them from the beginning. They left the issue unsolved. Couldn’t even renew my internet package which is the most basic service that should be provided because of their faulty system.

ORANGE needs to reorganize their structure and to hire well people with a proper management and proper coaching, else you will loose alot of your first class customers

Presumed Orange Egypt was as good as in other countries, it is not. Their smiles mask the fact that they just take your money and don't provide the service. You ask for a reply in English and get Arabic. It bewilders me that those that pray five times a day, treat others in such a way. Very disappointed.

They didn't sell 40 GB... they charge your balance and every 500 mb you get charged and ... yeah it's not worth it to go further.
Not working sim cards
I was on vacation for 10 days in Egypt and I bought their pri-paid number for 7.90 eu for 18gb.
The sim card was not working at all. I try to contact them through their Contact Centar and also via email but it was worthless.
I will never buy one of their pri paid sim cards anywhere!
Orange Égypte = arnaque
Nous avons tous à l’arrivée à l’aéroport T2 du Caire pris des cartes SIM avec 27 giga d’internet. J’ai trouvé ce service très intéressant et pratique vu le tarif prohibitif de SFR hors UE. Seulement voilà dans un premier temps l’employé s’est trompé en me rendant la monnaie il manquait un billet de 100 livres .... quand je suis revenu vers lui il m’a tendu le billet sans que je n’ai rien à expliquer..... ça donne la température pour la suite du voyage. Mais le plus beau c’est que cet employé programme lui même sur un pc la capacité de la carte SIM.... donc comme tout le monde n’ayant consommé que 12 gigas sur 27 je suis à la fin de mon forfait. Le reste dans la poche du vendeur qui a du déclarer le petit forfait de base. Je ne comprends pas qu’une boîte de réputation mondiale comme orange laisse son image se dégrader par des voyous comme ça. Pour ce qui est de l’Egypte il semblerait que ce pays souhaite voir revenir les touristes en masse est-ce pour reprendre les arnaques en masse ?

Will never use again as they are thieves. Don’t understand how I gave internet package with plenty of megabytes yet it keeps telling me that I have used over my allowance and deducting money from any credit I have in my account. When I called to try and resolve the issue they were unhelpful and did not seem to know how to resolve the issue. When I tried to use my credit to extend my package even when I had 100 Egyptian pounds on there and wanted to extend by 70 Egyptian pounds I would receive a message stating that I did not have enough credit on my account to extend my internet even though I did and they keep taking money from my credit even though I still had internet package available. They need to sort out these issues as my experience using orange has been frustrating and annoying!!
