I ordered an XL sweater and it is much tighter than all my other XL sweaters I own. Would have been nice if the website said these ran small. The sweater is not the size you show on the site.

Hi Jason Wessler,
First and foremost, we are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and thank you so much for your feedback. We hope for your understanding in this matter and we will also work with our team to improve it to serve customers better.
Thank you and Kind Regards,

Not a sweater
Not a sweater, thermo type printed shirt. 50.00 is a lot to pay for this kind of item. More in the 25.00 to 30.00 range. Nice product but not what I was expecting.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The shipping method is not good and my package sat in the same location for 3+ weeks. After contacting customer service several time I got the same “automated” answer to my inquiry. They tried to tell me it takes that long yet they advertise 21 days deliver. I am definitely not a satisfied customer.

Disappointing quality cat shirt
For the price my Cat Hawaiian shirt was very disappointing. The cat fabric design is cute, but the quality of the fabric is very thin and feels 'cheap'. The fit is also not great if you are a female. The bottom part of the shirt is too narrow and if you have normal sized hips this shirt will be too tight and will not button up properly at the bottom. I will have to wear it unbuttoned over a tank top. I normally wear a size 6 petite.
Unfortunately I do not recommend this product.
