Definitely not your average gym
I am so pleased that I joined OTF. It’s so much more than the epic workouts, the staff and other members have really become like a community of support. No matter how much I REALLY don’t want to work out one day, I know that I’ll leave OTF feeling incredible and that it’s the best place for me to go to get that endorphin rush. The community aspect has been particularly great over lockdown with the coaches and Ops team helping to keep everyone active and upbeat 😊
Even coming back from lockdown, OTF feels like the safest place to be with all of the COVID-19 procedures in place. I’m SO happy to be back in the studio 💪🏻

Join now! You won’t regret it
Amazing place to not only get fit and have fun but also with that personal touch. The team here are all incredible and they really care about everyone individually & what your goals are. The workouts are different everyday and yes it’s challenging but that’s what it’s all about!

OTF Family!
I was a little sceptical at first about joining OTF but it’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made! The staff are incredibly supportive and are always willing to help in and out of the studio. They keep us motivated to give 100% and there is a family/team atmosphere. OTF really is a way of life!
