Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. I had been looking for an engagement ring design and they were the only ones to pull it off. They exceeded our expectations completely! Their customer service as well is amazing, I requested a custom order with a very tight timeline and they were able to pull it off with days to spare. I would highly recommend them for any custom pieces!

This was my first time designing a custom piece of jewelry, and it was my engagement + wedding ring set, no less! I chose Orbion after reading so many rave reviews about them and I'm so, so very glad I did.

Kunal and his team are absolutely lovely. They were quick to respond to messages, open to all my design ideas (and believe me, I put them through the absolute wringer with my indecisiveness and design redos) but also offered practical advice for durability and making sure the designs worked well together. They give you the impression that they want you to have the ring of your dreams, but also something that will last. I felt very comforted, and not like they were just going to say yes to anything as long as they got my money.

They were extremely patient and kind the whole way, and we had been talking for months. They really make you feel like you're the only customer with how attentive and quick they are... it was really quite impressive considering their large customer base!

The rings arrived today and I'm blown away by how beautifully they managed to do all the fine, delicate little details.

OrbionJewels on Etsy is the best! I had my engagement ring and wedding band made with them and both experiences were amazing. Kunal is great; he is kind and knowledgeable. Working with Kunal from Orbion was a wonderful experience. He was very patient with me as we designed a custom piece together, which took some time but was totally worth it in the end. The ring ended up being my engagement ring. I'm so happy with how it turned out and how gorgeous it is in person. The moissanite is really sparkly and the craftsmanship is impeccable. They made me an ABSOLUTELY gorgeous custom gold ring. Super patient with all my minor adjustments via Etsy messaging and I got to design something I was so exited to receive. It’s absolutely perfect. I was sent a picture of the custom cut moissanite stone before the ring was made and once it was finished, I was sent two detailed videos of the ring. It was packaged nicely and overseas shipping to the US was extremely fast (I think it took maybe 5 days total)

I purchased the 2.67 Ct Blue Green Old Mine Cut Oval Moissanite Ring, Edwardian Style Engagement Ring, Art Deco Rings For Women, Milgrain, Triple Prongs. I opted for a rush order and expedited shipping. My order was placed on May 30 and my ring was on my finger by June 15! And I am so in love with how it turned out. The cut is absolutely flawless. The setting is secure. The whole ring is beautifully crafted, so shiny, and beyond perfect. You can tell the craftsmanship is top notch. I will absolutely continue buying from this shop!

I had an amazing experience with Orbion Jewels designing my anniversary wedding set. This was my first custom ring and the communication was great from start to finish. Shipping was fast and my rings were even more beautiful in person!

My ring CAD design was sent very quickly and I was delighted with the results. The timeline was realistic and only delays were in my wanting to make sure every detail was perfect. Kunal was always very quick to help with anything.

I cannot recommend Orbion Jewels enough. Kunal was quick to respond to my initial message and created CAD designs matching my request perfectly. The payment and process was explained clearly, and Kunal kept in contact throughout, showing me the stone when it was cut, then the ring when it was complete. I don't doubt that should there have been any issues (which there weren't - it was perfect!) that Kunal would have done whatever possible to resolve them. The ring arrived beautifully packaged and I can't express how high quality it is and how it is exactly as planned. The price and quality compared to anything else I could find is just incredible.
