avoid at all cost my experience has been very poor and costly my teeth broke twice one was my fault which i said to them the other i think the teeth looked poor quality seemed weak and thin when i first booked my treatment with orbismed i was taken to another company called dent group which they no longer use now i agreed a price 7000 and all was fine until i broke my teeth they replaced them at a charge of 350 which they refunded but i never asked them to they then said i have to sign a document with them so that they are not liable which i did to get the treatment but i always went back to the original document i signed stating that implants and broken and crack teeth are coverd no matter what the cause they made a offer saying cost of the new repair is 660 and they would provide botox injections at there expense so that this would not happened again then they said they don't do that so i would have pay over a £1000 it's not about the money but the lies i've been told over messages that the old price was with some person who doesn't work for them anymore even thou they said they can put me in touch with them don't no how that's works anyway they kept sending me a photo copy of a document i signed last time saying it because i grind my teeth the warranty does not cover this condition even thou the original documents i signed on my first visit states clearly implants lifetime guarantee and the teeth 10 years it say broken teeth or cracked teeth is coverd no matter what the cause well i would say that means any damage but not according to them it's cost me 7200 plus to visits back there a further 5000 iv never asked for a reduction or compensation i was willing to pay for the repair the lies they tell are unreal from there manger think they call her gee they don't no who said the price was agreed with even thoui no it was the manager i've saved every message im now left with going to get them repaired at a lot more expense than they want it's not the money no its the principle of the lies i've seen a solicitor who say they are in breach of warranty so its the start of a journey i didn't really want but been forced into there response to this review i no will be lies saying they offered this that but in reality there didn't the manager of orbismed really try's to put there case as they have done everything they can but they only want the money from you but don't want to provide repairs which they have pay for after care when i pay for something and read and sign for guarantee which is or was lifetime implantes and 10 years teeth cracked broken or other wise no matter what the cause should be set in stone not changed because they don't want to fix it anyway avoid at all cost if you don't want stress extra cost save longer and have them done in england will save you loads of hassle just on a last note they are nice to you when you go but don't want anything do with you when things go wrong it's shame this is all over just &400 extra they have put on but it's the principle not the money i'm stubborn in that way and don't like being lied to as i said i don't want refund or reduction or compensation just what was agreed but they can't even honor that plus they say no form was signed from my first visit another lie it was identified at the the first appointment because you charged me another £100 for mouth guards lies

This are dishonest company to deal with, My wife went to this company as they looked professionals. We found the opposite not professionals.
1) The implant was done wrong as the metal is showing on upper implant and they said this is how it should be even though a different dentist in London said it is done wrongly and they refused to fix it.
2) Two different colour on the finishing.
3) She paid for root cannel treatment and they did not kill the nerve and after finishing she complained about the pain and they said it is normal and pain will go away, it got worst and she contacted them and they came up with a lot of excuse and after she got paid and got advice from dentist in London they agreed for a 3rd visit.
4) On the 3rd visit they fixed the top and they said bottom is okay and we are not going to fix it and the manager speaks aggressively, and they are not sorry for their mistake and this costed me time and money and I still got different colour teeth.
5) They charged me again for root cannel treatment and still not fixed and still got pain and I will go some were else to fix it.

Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is writing on, they are quick to take your money if some thing goes wrong they drag their feet to fix it.
Avoid this company at any cost please.

I am currently suing orbismed for neglect and serious harm. I have just started proceedings with orbismed like they have told me to, They placed my implant lingually to the ideal position, (I have a detailed report with exray) they placed 22 crowns and only 4 teeth touched most of them being my natural molars(i have a detailed report with xray) they ignoreme for weeks at a time, whilst my jaw was in excruciating pain (i have a report and letters from maxfaxial) then the manager messaged me after paying me back half of my money (3250 pound) but still leaving me in 17000 debt in the uk to fix them stating he is sorry and questions the conduct of his dentist and co-ordinators. These are facts I can prove. Please be very careful with this company, if all goes well then great but if all doesnt go well then your left in a very expensive, excruciating predicament. Every single bit of evidence I have and all the neglect they put me through has been unbearable at times . I have overwhelming evidence. I now have a long fight with orbismed in court as they are stating I asked for my teeth to be done like this. All you need to do is read the messages between us to see they refused to help for months and sent me home for the second time in agony only to continue to ignore me. I wasnt provided with a risk form even though they talked me into getting a implant rather than a bridge knowing there was many reasons why i shouldnt have an implant and i didnt sign the satisfactory form when i left in febuary of last year. Please just be careful. I would absolutely hate for anyone to go through what they put me through! I've given them every opportunity to do the right thing. They truly don't care about the damage they have caused! Please just do extensive research! This isn't about all of the people orbismed have treated successfully! This is about the people they haven't and if you search you will see I'm not the only one complaining. Like I've said all the evidence will be out there on platforms and then it will be undeniable. I already gave them a chance to correct it and they made it worse. The fact that they are outright lying still will only make it worse when the evidence is there for all to see. I wouldn't step 1 foot back into orbismed if my life depended on it! They say I'm lying even though they have atleast 3 reports. 1 saying that none of their crowns touch! Second saying that their implant is lingually placed and 3rd a letter from max fax stating my jaw problem is the dentists problem. Not only that but I was told if I value my health never to go back. I wouldn't be suing if I didn't have a case. It's also illegal to not provide a risk form however orbismed didn't seem to care about that. What happened to your other 1 star review. I spoke to her personally. She was in a bad predicimemt. I felt for her. What happened to the girl that was an absolute mess in your waiting room? I felt for her and there are others where are their reviews. Go to write a review and it literally says reviews have been removed lol diabolical. You honestly think trust pilot is the be all and end all, we will see. Everything I've said is the truth and even though you have some of the reports you still lie which is exactly my point. Who would want to deal with this if and when something does go wrong? People need to be aware that this is how you react, with lies and narcissism. You think because I haven't outed you yet that you will be able to contiue to lie forever. Yes you have success stories however you also have failed people and you will stop at nothing to keep your money and lie. It's disgraceful, and it was 12000 pound however now I've paid 17000 to fix the terrible crowns you fit that not only didn't touch but where so disfigured I was biting my own tongue. I'm not suing for either of those amounts and this isnt just about the money. Its about the principle. You lie, and don't care about the damage you cause, That's it! Just like you have repeatedly tried to get my reviews removed, I've had to send the evidence you repeatedly say you have no knowledge of to keep them up because I do have the evidence to what you say are just "accusations"

Had all on 6 with sinus lifts and bone grafts and dont believe i could have picked a better dental practice
Communication was always excellent and everything runs like clockwork, a few problems with temporary teeth but end result was well worth it, All prices were transparent and stayed true to prices quoted, Massive thanks and a happy new year to all the staff

Went recently to have full implants. the whole process was brilliant. Constant contact and updates and the procedure was faultless. All staff made me feel comfortable and was a more personal experience. I go back in 6 months to have this finished and that impressed my wife is also having the same done when I go back in June. The whole process and treatment was easy and well worth it, information and communication was good, the facility was really modern, with the most up to date equipment, the staff were all great. I would definitely recommend.

Found orbismed on Google search and looked into them and had a excellent recommendations. I have been afraid and unsettled about going to the dentist for many years now, the staff are very attentive and supporting to my needs and anxiety during the process. They walked me through the process and explained exactly what would happen in a way which that i was able to understand and made sure I understood the importance of aftercare. They're are very precise and intent in the work they do as there was some little imperfections that they sorted straight away to ensure my teeth fit correctly.

I am not going to lie, I was quite nervous before coming, not knowing exactly what to expect. Traveling abroad for dental work isn't something I ever imagined doing. But honestly, everything went better than I could've hoped for. From the airport pickup to the final appointment, the whole process was well organized, The team was calm and reassuring, and they really helped put my mind at ease. Looking back now, I'm glad I went through with it.

At 62, I was a bit cautions about getting dental work done abroad so I spoke with quite a few clinics. Orbismed was different right from the start. They didn't rush to sell me anything, instead, they asked the right questions. They wanted to know about my health conditions, what medications I was on, and even asked for blood test results before confirming if implants could be done. That level of care and honesty really impressed me. In the end, I had upper and lower All on 4 treatment done with no issues at all.

I have just returned from antalya following the first stage of all on 6 treatment for upper and lower jaws. I am so pleased with the first stage of the procedure and have nothing but praise for how I was treated and the care and professionalism shown to me by the entire team here. I am looking forward to returning in a few months to have my zirconium fittings completed and having my smile and confidence back. Be in no doubt that if your looking for effective caring and transparent treatment to the highest standards than orbismed is the correct choice.

I had my All on 4 treatment done here about 3 years ago, both upper and lower jaws. Recently, I came back because there was an issue with the upper arch. They looked into it straight away and ended up redoing the whole upper arch without charging me, as it was covered under warranty. It's rare to find a place that actually follows through on their promises, but they did. I appreciated how they stayed in touch and handled everything without making it stressful.

Just got back after being there for a week. Clinic was busy but they still made time for me and got everything sorted without delays. Staff were bang on, really looked after me. What impressed me most was they didn't just try to upsell anything. Turns out I didn't need a bit of the work I was quoted back in Surrey clinic, and they actually took it off the bill. Proper honest, all round, a solid experience with great people.

The care i got from orbismed was first rate. Every aspect of the journey was planned perfectly. The clinic was spotless and all the staff made me feel very comfortable. I have had no problems and love my new teeth

I whole heartily recommend Orbismed for the dental treatment that my wife received. She is in her early stages of dementia. Having had all on 6 implants on upper and lower, she received the best care possible before, during and after her treatment. Great patients and empathy was shown, especially by the person fitting the implants. The price was fair and up front with no hidden costs later. The added bonus was that the hotel accommodation was included in the price for both, the first and return trip. I will certainly be recommending Orbismed to my family and friends.

Best Dental Experience Ever ….

If you’re looking to go to Türkiye (Turkey) for dental work look no further than OrbisMed, Antalya.

The entire set up there is fantastic, everything is arranged for you from hotels, appointments times and transportation to and from your hotel to the OrbisMed clinic.

My procedures included 2 implants, all silver amalgam fillings removed and replaced with white fillings, 2 extractions and 12 zirconium crowns. Also, impressions, 2 and 3D X-rays and digital scanning after each phase of my procedures. The tech they use is amazing. However, I do have to return in 3-4 months to have my implants checked before the final 12 zirconium crowns are fitted.

To be honest we can’t wait to return.

Your appointments will be longer then your usuall UK dentist time slots. They do not rush any dental work, they are so meticulous in whatever dentistry they do, unlike their UK counterparts who are constricted by time and numbers of patients they see. I felt so comfortable at there lovely new building. During my weeks stay I was seen everyday with appointments lasting between 2 and 5 hour long, but this can vary depending on the type of treatment.

You will have a fantastic English speaking liaisons and mangers. The lovely Sudenaz and Gülçin will guide you through your treatment arranging your procedures and all your transport needs. The assistants, dentists and surgeons are all excellent. I would consider myself nervous in the dentist chair, but everyone is so caring, kind and attentive they will soon put you at ease. OrbisMed is predominantly an all female set up and they are all extremely skilled, dedicated and professional in all that they do. You will be amazed at their dedication and attention to detail to make your teeth perfect. You will not be disappointed with the end result.

Having explored Antalya, which is a large city, I recommend trying to arrange your hotel near the old town of Antalya. Lots to see and do, great restaurants, shopping, just a great place to be. I stayed at the Elegant East Hotel. It’s well situated with everything just a short walk away and only a 15 min car ride to the OrbisMed Clinic. Although expect a continental breakfast, Turkish style!

In comparison to UK NHS and private dentists, I would say that OrbisMed just did everything better. I would never of thought my teeth and smile would look this good after my first week! I’m so pleased
I travelled to Türkiye and chose OrbisMed, they offer a first class service, no hassle, no bombarding you with txts, emails and offers. And yes you will be paying more then 70% less then in the UK!

My experience with orbismed was really unbelievably amazing from start to finish with all the high tech equipment and I am absolutely over the moon with my teeth.
