At Orbit Equipment Ltd we also offer trusted technical advice from industry experts and a personal service to make customer transactions as simple and efficient as possible. Many of our products are in stock and can be dispatched the same day for fast delivery. We also offer a 30 day returns period. Alongside equipment sales, we also offer mandatory periodic inspection of fall restraint, fall protection and fall prevention work at height PPE to comply with your LOLER obligations. We're a North Wales based company, situated close to the Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) with outdoor climbing on our doorstep and a very solid background in the work at height industry spanning over 20 year's. We don't seem to be able to find any direct contact with our team in relation to this matter.
I have traced your order and emailed you directly to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
I'm sorry that you received a request for feedback before receiving the item but this is done automatically through our system and it did clearly state at the time of ordering that the item would be on back order and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
We then contacted you to offer an alternative or a refund and you chose a refund. This was actioned immediately.
