Just imagine paying your money.. A mistake, error, lag, no signal, whatever happens! You simply lost your money.. No service provider to rely on or ask if you face any problem!! You can even notice that replies in this website are almost the same by Bot..Pay couple dollars more and enjoy the best service by your own chosen service provider.

Currently using the global package here in Russia which I bought for 120 USD.

Only connects on Beeline network which is a terrible network here in Russia by the way. No internet connection during night time 'till early morning for this network.

You should've provide list of network you are associated in every country or better yet try to be in partner with multiple providers so we'll have an option where to connect.

Had to purchase different Esim from other provider to use here in Russia. It connects to MTS seamleassly.

I bought this e sim for Indonesia and then was a bit worried after reading reviews that it may not work, however, as soon as I landed in Jakarta it kicked in. I travelled around Indonesia and had no problems. Most of the time I had quick 5G coverage with great speeds.
I have used other suppliers in the past as found that Orbit is probably the best and cheapest I have ever had. The top up of data was also very easy in app and I would totally recommend this eSIM.

Total scam! Do not use the app. They took my money and no eSIM plan appeared in my account and NO payment record!!!!!
However the payment DOES show in my online banking.
Very user unfriendly customer support.

e sim stopped working whilst away, still had data on the plan and was in the same place, it just stopped giving me data on day 4. Was then very hard to delete from my phone, took lots of toys to connect with it just to deactivate.
customer service is terrible, an auto mated bot in which you can only select very specific questions and although automated each response takes ages. useless company

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a plan in Turkey, had activation issues, and received no response from customer support despite multiple attempts. Also I was also charged twice for the same plan, and it’s been almost a month with no refund or reply.

I purchased an eSIM from Orbit for Morocco but it didn't activate.

The guidance I got was to then purchase a second one and they would refund the first one.

However, the second one didn't activate either.

To be fair, they did refund both of them after a week.

I used Orange Travel eSIM instead and that worked really well and was cheap.

I have purchased a package and it did not activate!
I requested help, and no customer representative contacted me. My money is gone and did not receive any refund. Their tactic is to get you to buy it the first time with a cheap price and then the second or third time it will not activate !! Be careful

Installed a week or so before going to Turkey but now here still isn't working. Very disappointed. Ended up having to pay 25 to EE to get some data. Just keps telling me its inactive

Got eSIM for Dubai, had issues with setting up, even went to the DU telco, the Service guy told me he had NEVER heard of Orbit eSIM only to learn later Orbit uses DU telco infrastructure. YES the chat service is pretty useless. ONCE I got it working? Two hours later it was an absolute fantastic. SO the coverage is excellent but initial setup “Not plugged and play”. Preferably when users subscribe and pay; a clear guidance should be provided without complications. SO would I use the service again? The answer is absolutely YES and would recommend also. Conclusion: make the process “Plug and Play”. You really need a clear easy instruction to activate the eSIM; the same needs to be illustrated to the end user. For example step one you need a WiFi, step two in the App download the eSIM, step three choose the primary etc etc. You really need to do step by step and not too many steps. Thank you I am very happy to use the package which you provide. Although I don’t see much advertising like for example Trip.com their AD all over the airport, bridge connection the aircraft to the airport, motor way and basically every where.
