Shipping 20' container from Denmark to Toronto, Orbit International Moving Logistics Ltd. were assigned to handle my incoming shipment and I was very fortunate to have James monitoring my freight. He went above and beyond and made the process seamless with customs, always very clear communication throughout the journey. James is extremely professional, efficient, straightforward clear and concise and always gave 110%, such a pleasure to deal with.
Also, a very big thank you to Jeff and crew for transfer of freight, they did a fabulous job.

Horrible experience (international moving from Canada to France) !!!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Orbit for my international move from Canada to France. While the initial process seemed smooth, the additional charges and lack of transparency left much to be desired.

- Unjustified Additional Fees: Despite no prior warning or contractual basis, I was charged extra for logistical issues that were entirely out of my control, such as temporary container movements. These were presented as "unavoidable," yet no proactive communication or alternatives were offered.

- Refusal to Refund Unused Services: I was billed $285 for a parking permit at the delivery destination that was not required or used. When I requested a refund, the company instead claimed the amount was redirected to "warehouse handling fees"—an explanation that does not hold up, given the expedited delivery (0.5 day instead of 2 days).

- Lack of Accountability: My repeated attempts to seek clarity and fair treatment were met with vague justifications and deflections. It seems the company prefers to profit from unclear charges rather than foster trust and transparency with its clients.

Moving internationally is already stressful, and Orbit's handling of this situation added unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and accountability in their relocation process.

Orbit was not my moving company, however, my moving company subcontracted Orbit to handle the Import and delivery of my container in Canada.

The communication from Josh @ Orbit was very good, and he kept us informed about everything.

Unfortunately, our belongings came with a lot of damaged and Orbit has been nothing less than fantastic at trying to help us resolve the issue. The damage was not the fault of Orbit.

Our original moving company has not been responding to emails, texts, or phone calls in regard to our insurance and Orbit (Josh & Susan) have gone above and beyond trying to help me get in contact with my international moving company.

I would recommend Orbit as it seems that even if a mistake was made, and they do happen, they would be on top of it and communicate with their clients. The fact they are trying to help someone in my situation shows that.
