Superlative

Super! I was having a very difficult time changing flights online. When I called Delta Customer Service, Haajohnny was extremely helpful, kind and patient as we worked through the flight changes, seat assignments and wheelchair assistance. I was so relieved. He made it stress-free.🥇

Jessica was excellent in helping me arrange a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, Paul — a JetBlue round trip flight to a family reunion back east. She made the whole process so easy - she is a great asset for JetBlue!!

Jenny went above and beyond for me in…

Jenny went above and beyond for me in transferring my husband's flight. She calmed me down when I was panicking and made me feel very secure as we went through this process of reservation change. Jenny is to be commended for going to the extent she did in the setting of my panic.
