Improvement needed: withdrawal! One of its big selling points compared to others is fast withdrawals, however having won a decent total I'm told it will be not less that 5 working days for someone to approve the withdrawal. This is too long of a process and is unnecessary. They point to 'checks' but these do not take that long and just seems an attempt to keep hold of winnings for longer and make winning a good amount unenjoyable.
If they processed quicker I would consider a higher rating

Opened an account today made a few deposits totaling £110 went to make another £20 deposit and got logged straight out.. tried to log back in and it failed . Contact support it said so I did.. and was told a decision has been made to close my account.. thr account was open for 30 mins or so was playing a few games then kicked out.. I wasn't given a reason or explanation as to why its been closed. Never used this casino in my life until today.. straight up theft! So they either give ne a full refund then close my account or I take the case up with ibas.. iv took screenshot of the conversations and the failed log in attempt.. absolute criminals!!!!

Deposited over £300 since opening an account and not one single win ot withdrawal.
Whilst I appreciate you're not guaranteed a win, the RTP% here is pretty much non existent. I'd choose other casinos out there before choosing OReels.
Welcome bonus is non existent. You deposit £20 and have to wager your own £20 60X to get their welcome bonus which as the majority of us know is nigh on impossible.
They will not be getting another penny out of me that's for sure.

Can't really state lies about this company. Checked it out, playing minimum stake, for 200x plus or big bash splash.
Actually got a 1000x plus of golden winner Halloween landed the 10 pound amount at x10.
Withdrawls I've had 4 so far: and they have all been approved the next day, even today on Sunday they were approved at around lunch time.
Slots play really well. And have the new games like wild outlaws, and monopoly super wheel, wild fever.
Overall a 5 star rating for me. I understand others will of been unlucky, but you can't slander a company based on your luck.

Scam site, they will not pay out.
Joined the site and won £700 and withdrew. They emailed me and said mg bank have rejected the withdrawal and to contact the bank. I then played and won £2500 and withdrew they now haven't paid me the winnings and have now closed my account completely. They have said that because I'm self excluded from another site they cannot pay me the winnings. Absolute scam please please please avoid this as they do not pay out. I will be taking this further.
They have replied saying they would have closed my account. But would they have closed the account and refunded any money I might have lost? I think not. My account was clearly closed because I won. Please avoid this site there are so many legit ones.
