Israeli owned. Bought by Israeli company, the quality of material has drastically changed, there is not much transparency of the sourcing of materials and its certainly not ethical anymore.

In general I have to say I like the store and brand. Lovely clothes, prices are okay, good website, timely delivery and so forth. However, I ordered to Switzerland for the first time with my last order as delivery was free (supposedly). I got my package and everything was just fine - until I got a letter in the mail like a week later from the Post. I got hit with a hefty (quite substantial) fee for logistics. Where in other shops it is often all duties and customs prepaid or otherwise potential additional cost are disclaimed, I think this here to be quite misleading and intransparent and found the whole experience rather unpleasent and disappointing. If you're a customer from Switzerland I can only discourage you to order - unless you have a delivery address across the border of are prepared to pay quite a bit on top of the price of the items themselves...

Bra is light but supportive. Fabric is soft and comfortable. Customer Service was extremely attentive and helpful. Will be a repeat customer

i like that you can filter by the different types of material since i value buy certain non-toxic fabrics. i like that there are various styles, there's diversity of shape and size in the models, and affordable options

their return policy leads me to never order with them again. None of the items fit nicely, and I’m a standard 1,68 female size S. Return is 12(!) euros. They make you print the return label, and print shops are very scarce nowadays. And theeen you need to drive to a specific DHL. Such a big hassle and this buy has only cost me extra money. Not worth it

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the seams of a few shirts coming apart after a few months. They were all one color and none of the other shirts I ordered had the same problem. I had purchased order protection however I was past the 45 day period for claims and they still honored my claim which was wonderful.
