Coffee is not what is advertised, it is instant coffee with no actual health benefits from Ganoderma mushrooms. Customer service is a joke. They make mistakes on your orders, will over charge you, and not take responsibility for it. Be careful with this company. I would advise that you do not use your real credit card to purchase with them. Use a reloadable one.

Llevo 13 años utilizando los productos Organo y no puedo evitar compartir lo mucho que los aprecio. Todos los productos que he probado me han conquistado no solo por su sabor, sino también por su calidad. Lo que los hace especiales es su fórmula, enriquecida con Ganoderma, un hongo funcional que es el verdadero punto fuerte de toda la línea Organo.

Disappointing customer service, overpriced products
I feel that although the products are good quality they are overpriced. I have not experienced any particular effects using these products. They are satisfactory, but without any magical effects. I will not use these products in the long run due to the high prices. When I placed my last order, by mistake I put my old address on it, I instantly noticed and asked for a rerouting the order. Organo customer service has not even replied to my request. They seem to disregard our requests and they are only interested in our money.

Da anni uso i prodotti Organo e non posso fare a meno di condividere quanto li apprezzi. Ogni prodotto che ho provato mi ha conquistato non solo per il suo sapore, ma anche per la qualità che li caratterizza. Order now received and improved Customer Service
Since posting my complaint below my order was immediately dispatched and since then, my orders have been arriving promptly which I appreciate! Thank you
I placed an order with Organo Gold Europe on 2 October 2025, and as of today I still haven’t received my items. I’ve already sent two complaint letters and was promised a complimentary coffee as an apology, but nothing ever arrived—neither the products nor the compensation.
Trying to reach customer service has been incredibly frustrating. The European phone line rarely answers and of late never answers, no one returns voice messages, and there is zero response to written complaints. Even the “leave feedback” option is pointless—it thanks you and then immediately ends the call without letting you leave anything.
At this point, the service feels deliberately evasive, and I genuinely don’t understand why my money has not at least been refunded. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
