Oriental Secrets Opiniões

I am still waiting for my order which I placed on 23 may. Communication is bad with this company. You dont get any response when you email them and the contact nr on the website is not these. Bad service I will never order from them again

I don't receive my order !!

Have received my package, but very dissatisfied, I have ordered 2 Ayat Al Kursi - Protection necklace and instead got Ayat Al Kursi - Protection hand band.”

This is not what I ordered, and wrote back but unfortunate never received any apologies or reply to my email

Ich habe bis heute nicht mein packet erhalten

My items
haven't arrive yet, the order process too slow. I'm a little bit upset because it was suppose to be my niece birthday gift. its been a month & a half since last April i ordered. I hope my items will arrived before the end of June 2022.

I received my bracelet and it is so beautiful and shiny!
I love the design and it is just the most thoughful gift to someone you care for. Just be sure to take it off when going to unpure places!

Very beautiful jewelry, I just received mine and love it. You can customize it and I think it makes a lovely present. The delivery was a bit long but it was worth the wait!

I ordered a gift from Oriental Secrets and am happy with their service and timely updates on my order. The only thing that I would add is that they should mention prior to the check out where the item will be shipped from in this case it was Dubai and it tool almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. The product in it self isn't as advertised.

Bought two pendants from Oriental Secrets and they took so long to arrive that I honestly believed that I had been scammed. However after 40 days and to my surprise I received a call from Customs regarding a parcel that had arrived for me and a few days later it arrived at the SAPO for collection. Very satisfied with the quality of the pendants but would suggest that a speedier delivery service be utilized to stop customers from stressing..

Super ! Very Good . My order is arrived!
The bangles are very nice . The Communication was very good and friendly

Beautiful quality, good service

Beautiful design. Looks just like in the advertisement. Nice finish. I gifted it to my wife and daughter. They loved it.

I like the product, but it took one month to reach

No clear info on tracking of order, Inordinate delay in delivery

This is DEFINATELY a FRAUD.. and I lost my money. Wish I knew where to report these fraudsters and get them BLOCKED!

I have ordered 4 braclets with Ayatul Qursi in Feb 2022 its now more than 2+ Months but nothing delivered.
My order # 3945.
Initially, I recevied a reply from someone name 'Aisha' that its under transit and due to corona it is being delayed but since last 1 month no response to any of my emails from her or oriental company. Looks like a SCAM for sure.

PLEASE PLEASE Beaware and I turly believe that all the negative comments posted before me are honsestly correct as I myself have faced the same thing. I can literraly feel them when I read the recent April 2022 comments. So think before ordering from this Company. Its not worth it.
