My order was late but after contacting Oriental Secret, it was delivered in 15 days

The product is excellent.
Need to improve in d delivery service by using courier platform that is easy for tracking.

Waiting since 10.12.21 , nothing come yet . Support says some delay bc of smt smt .

Did not receive my bangles yet and it’s been over a 6 weeks since I purchased it. The last tracking update was December 20th, and I have emailed the seller for an update and received no response. Do not recommend this website 👎

Since the payment product is on process. Have been in Shanghai in transit for 17 days.

Iam really angry actually cause I didn't receive my order yet more than a month after ordering !
I paid since November and nothing now in January!
I didn't expect that actually cause you seemed to me you're a serious company!

Ordered on 9th of Dec 2021. Item shows as delivered but not received. They cannot provide proof of delivery. They are only saying they will replace the order but not done anything yet. So disappointed as I was really looking forward to it.

Items ordered still not received & online tracking is pathetic & absolutely useless doubt will order again as a couple of items I like such as the pendant & ring.

I am very dis-satisfied with this service!!!

Used it for the 1st time as I wanted to order few gifts for my wife for our 10yr anniversary on 30th Oct 21, I ordered items well in advance, only to have received 1 set of the items BUT I have no other tracking details of my other items!!

Even though I was sending emails to customer service team, they have been no help as they cannot track my other items which have been paid for!!

I sent an email last week to claim refund and have had no reply back!!! Today is 22 Nov 2021 and my items are nowhere to be seen!! Customer service interaction is absolutely poor!!!

I am left very much dissatisfied at the level of service received from this company and it is such a shame considering they have some very nice items to gift to your loved ones!!
