A very professional and friendly service. They have impeccable customer service and have superb engineers . My service was at rapid pace and they amazingly fixed my boiler.

I had a hot water tap installed to make cleaning the dogs easier and the guys that came out were great. From start to finish they were considerate, tidy and did an excellent job.
I also have a care plan with origin and have had my boiler serviced and issues checked. They have helped me keep my 10 year old boiler in good working order. Highly recommend this company!

Recently had a new central heating system fitted from scratch and old back boiler system taken away.

Quote was given in a timely manner and a variety of price options available before work done.

After we picked the quote we wanted to move forward with the job was arranged quickly and work completed within a day.

Excellent standard of work and new system is working great, guys were so friendly to deal with and would recommend 100%

Shoddy beyond belief!

Boiler moved two metres from kitchen into a nearby cupboard which cannot be disputed. However, kitchen wall was left in quite the state, which we were told was not something included in the work. Fair enough on the kitchen wall, but leaving the house open to the elements felt like an absolute push. This was later sealed, albeit the brickwork/silicone thing on the exterior wall looks extremely amateur at best.

With temperatures dropping the heating goes on to the chorus of loud whirring. Having queried we are informed this is caused by the condensor pipe freezing which is not uncommon, so there wont be issues with the boiler when this thaws. No such luck as the whirring deafens us, so we decide to turn off heating for a second opinion from another company.

Our second opinion has one look and is extremely unhappy at the work. We are informed the flue is not conmected properly which is the cause of the loud whirring. This is swiftly fixed, albeit with remedial costs for us. Informed this can be dagerous so disgusted having lived there, and had family over including my young niece and nephew.

A very expensive mistake using Origin for this work. Certainly a company I will be dodging in future.

I had a new boiler fitted this week. I was delighted with the service provided by Origin, especially by Amy who was on hand to answer all questions and quickly arranged for a engineer to call and assess what was needed and the boiler was fitted a few days latter. The fitter was very professional and tidy and explained everything very well. Amy was in constant contact to ensure all was going as planned.what ever Origin are paying Amy it is not enough. It is great to see there are still good firms with good people working with them. Thanks. Pat.

Appalling extortionate way of charging. Called out and was told £50 for the call out. Then when the plumber arrived I learned I would also have to pay another £100 for the inspection! WTH?!! If you are calling is because you need someone to come and check, meaning how would they have to charge 2 separate charges and not inform this before the booking? Disgusted, I would never recommend these scammers!

I had quite an unusual situation where I needed to replace a boiler in a property that I had just sold. The new buyer was challenging to say the least but Brogan & the team were excellent, gave great advice & was always on hand for any queries that I may have had. New boiler was fitted will little disruption & Brogan & the team saved the day. Would definitely recommend them & will be using them again.

I have had a complete bathroom refurbishment by Origin and it is worth every penny. The team are great to work with, very clean and tidy and highly efficient, my bathroom was completed in a day. I do require a complete kitchen refurbishment and I will be using Origin when I am ready. As such I would highly recommend Origin.
