Im Mai 25 Bestellung aufgegeben, noch immer keine Ware bekommen und eine Antwort auf Mails und Nachrichten bekommt man auch nicht. Pure abzocke!!!!

Bad customer service

I tried to contact them multiple times about a complaint because the shirt doesn’t look like the shirt in the photos. It’s bad quality and I want to return the item and my money back but I didn’t receive an answer only spam mails

Terrible customer service!


I ordered a sweatshirt from Original Kanak but needed to return it. I followed their return process and received a QR code, but when I went to the drop-off point, they couldn’t scan it. It didn’t work.

I immediately contacted their customer service and only received an automated reply saying my message had been received. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard anything back.

Really disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, be aware that you might be on your own if anything goes wrong.

Ich hatte 1 Kapuzenpullover und 1…

Ich hatte 1 Kapuzenpullover und 1 T-Shirt bestellt. T-Shirt kam leider mit dem Aufdruck auf der falschen Seite an, Kundenservice angeschrieben und sofort ein Ersatz bekommen. Kapuzenpullover hatte leider einen loch am arm, Kundenservice angeschrieben und mir wurde Ersatz oder Rückerstattung angeboten, habe mich für die Rückerstattung entschieden. Musste Sie wegen der Rückerstattung nach 14 Tagen nur daran erinnern, habe dann mein Geld zurückerhalten. Kann es aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen, kundenservice reagiert sehr schnell 👍🏽

Takes a lil to long but LOVE IT!

It is real they r nice hoodies ive ordered before and recieved it it took like 1,5 week until they sended it to me.
But they said sorry to the situation Live the ideas but it takes a lil to long thats the readon of 4 stars
