Havent got what I paied for, the seller tells me, I ve send you a case for an S9. Its like you say, I wanna buy this BMW and you get an Seat by saying, whats ya problem, its an car.

I write in English, because I think, that most of the shoppers, that buy on that catastrophe of an shop, speak English. I m living in Germany. All I wished for, cause I m a bit of autistic, I think, was my handy case , out of 2018, I think, new. Cause it's really used and the handy case is great. With LED, in purple, with tiny strips, looking a bit like a structure. I love it. So I searched for it, asked Samsung Swiss, cause Germany is known for everything, but not for service, the handy case couldn't be found. But after days and hours right on that website. I was so lucky! I bought directly via PayPal, that gave me the feeling in combination with all those fotos, and so, that the page is save. After weeks I saw negative reviews and just thought, oh my gosh, please, not. But yes, I m an victim too. I became an totally different case and contacted directly PayPal, to get my money back. I m hoping, that I get it, cause it was about 50 - 60 EUR and that's quite expensive for nothing.... And I saied directly, that I don't want to return, cause, I don't want to pay for this. So sad, I m heartbroken, so, so, sad.

Horrible experience. This business does not care about its customers.
Ordered a watch strap at the start of 03/2024 and after a few weeks it arrived damaged and broken. Sent like 10 emails to send me a new item or refund me and never got neither. Seller asked for address to send a new one, I sent 3 times and no tracking number was provided for several weeks. No response since except blaming me that I damaged the item. Unbelievable. Considering legal action. Stay away!

The Samsung phone case sent was not the colour ordered. After contacting them they agreed it was their error and agreed a refund. I asked for a postpaid refund facility but the didn’t respond to my email.

I had to return the item at my own expense.
After waiting 14 days for a refund I had to contact them again when they did refund the cost (£28 via Paypal) of the item but not the return postage cost, (£4.10), although as it was their error I believe they should do.
I would be very wary of dealing with this company

Very poor experience.
Took the money never sent the item. Contacted twice and hasn't refunded the money.
Having to go through my credit card company now to retrieve it.
