Hello, we have over 1,000 customers and hundreds of daily active users yet no one has reported a ban except for you and two other negative reviews: if our anti-cheat detection were triggering bans at least 50 of our hundreds of users would be affected which simply isn't the case !

We tried speaking with you, but you claimed you were banned after getting just one kill with our product—which sounds unrealistic, you also mentioned using other cheats on your secondary PC which leads us to believe those traces affected your ban, it seems EXTREMELY WEIRD that you test other software directly on your main PC but ALL OF A SUDDEN you chose to test our product on a secondary PC first.

What I truly believe happened is that you were banned due to leftover traces of previous cheats on your pc while running our software which led you to a anti-cheat detection (when you use a cheat there are ALOT of traces to remove them you need to completely format you pc NOT SIMPLY UNINSTALL THE LOADER which you may have done). Unfortunately we cannot confirm this since we weren't given the opportunity to check your PC logs but this is obviously not caused by our products and we are certain about that. Our goal is to maintain our transparency and keep our customers safe.
