I bought a bracelet for a gift with the gift wrapping and a free gift. When this came I thought the original bracelet wasn’t delivered I contacted Orli and followed what they said by the following day it was sorted, I hadn’t realised there was another package in the box with the order in and the other bracelet was the free gift. I am so pleased with both items and the swift response and help given. I couldn’t recommend them enough and certainly would order again.

The necklace was too tight so asked to return for a refund even though I loved the necklace. I was told they could make it longer which they did within a week of returning it no quibble or questions or extra payment. Absolutely fabulous customer service and support. Brilliant service and lovely products
Beautiful jewellery and excellent service. I have ordered from this company 3 times and everything has been smooth. I was particularly impressed with their exchange service and the personal touch of the emails - and a refund would have been offered too! Will definitely purchase again.

Excellent customer service. Jewellery delivered on time and in beautiful, simple packaging.
Sent my necklace and bracelet to be extended a little and it was no issues and amended for free. Benjy was brilliant with keeping in touch and I’ve received my necklace and bracelet back within a week. Fantastic quality and great unique design. Would highly recommend Orli . Thank you.

Easy to order wide choice and such beautiful items. Very good value. Bought two necklaces for Christmas for twin daughters they were amazed how lovely they were. I have now just ordered the matching bracelets for their birthdays. The packaging is also lovely

I had read all the positive reviews and feedback from other customers which influenced my decision to go ahead.
I was not disappointed!
Beautiful well made jewellery that came with individual cases to keep in when not wearing.
Delivery was good and the after sale personal touch from Orli highlites how important and appreciative your purchase and shopping experience is to them.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
