Unfortunately you have to send the items you want to return to the US! No German return possibility. I was distracted by the phrase "designed in Berlin." Unfortunately, customer service hasn't been very helpful so far. I'm still hoping for a solution! But be careful in the meantime!

Very disappointing experience with Ornamentus.

My order (worth around 100€) arrived already damaged, and the packaging was not in good condition. Additionally, items that were advertised on the website (such as free stickers and a jewelry pouch) were completely missing.

The biggest issue is the product itself: the necklaces look very different from the pictures on the website and feel extremely cheap compared to what is shown in their ads.

When I contacted support, I was offered only 30€ store credit instead of a proper refund, which is not acceptable considering the order value. The only other option was to return the items to the USA at my own expense, which would cost around 30–40€ from Austria – a very high cost just to return the products.

This makes returns very difficult and feels unfair for customers in the EU.

Also worth mentioning: my previous review was reported and removed, which is concerning.

Overall, I cannot recommend this shop. Be careful before ordering.
