Jordan has done amazing job again highly recommended

Orrell heating/plumbers have been excellent in the work they have done for me, they are very good at their job, trustworthy, clean, tidy, well mannered and informative about what they are doing and what needed to be done. We had a young chap, Jordan, who worked on installing a new combi boiler and removing the old one with all the bits that were no longer required. We were out for most of the day and on returning Jordan had almost finished. The house is now at the temperature we require. I would recommend Orrell heating and Jordan to all who wish to find a very good plumber and heating expert at reasonable prices.

I called to book an inspection on my boiler , i was given a date aswell as a follow up message confirming the date and time as a reminder. the engineer they sent was on time and very clean and tidy .
3 days later i recieved my certification as promised .
Will definitely use this company again if they are so efficent and professional.

Orrell heating and plumbing were recommended to me by a friend as my boiler had stopped working. Dave, Matt and the team very extremely professional , helpful and accommodating. They called out the same day and we had our new boiler installed within Two days. They were responsive to messages and offered a fair and competitive price . I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My whole experience from beginning to end has been exceptional.Matt Knowles was brilliant explaining everything to me making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The quote was very competitive in fact they could have charged more for the calibre of work they do!
My fitter Jordon Molyneux was the best gas fitter ever he created a work of art my upgrade was tricky due to the change of position of radiators. I was recommended by a friend who had used them before. I without any hesitation would recommend them. I had never heard of them before this and will be going to them for a new bathroom upstairs I just wish they did kitchens Denise Allan from Scarisbrick

This is my first time using this company and Jordan was absolutely brilliant. Punctual, professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He did an absolutely thorough job of my boiler service and immediately resolved the problems I had been experiencing for a while with heating and hot water but I’d been putting the service off. He saved me a lot of money in the process. Prices are really reasonable and no excessive waiting for parts etc. I’m really impressed and will be sticking with this company, they are a pleasure to deal with over the phone and during the appointments. Helpful and efficient at every point of the boiler inatallation. From first contact to final completion of the project both administration and engineer were a pleasure to deal with.

Very quick response to give us a quote for fixing the boiler.

We decided to have a new boiler with Orrell Heating after getting a few other quotes from different companies.

Very quick responses, competitive and fair quote given.
Fitted us in within a few days and the job has been completed today with absolutely no issues.

Left the guys to it today whilst I have been out and they just cracked on.
All mess tidied up and rubbish / old boiler removed too.

This was our first annual service - and under the service plan by Orrel Heating and Plumbing - all easily arranged via email and reminders sent by them - attended within the times stated - more than happy with everything and emailed certs to prove for any service claims in future etc provided. No fuss and the service engineer explained everything and was bright and helpful - thank you Jordan - for explaining everything
