Orsle is a scam! Do not shop here. I found out about them through and instagram ad and bought $80 worth of clothes that I never received. When I contacted them they just say, “sorry about that. We will update you.”
This is a fake clothing store designed to steal your money.

Stay away. What I ordered was terrible quality and their return policy is ridiculous. Do not shop here!

I would NOT recommend buying from This sites return policy is really not available. All they would offer was a 15% discount on a next order. 27 emails later.... and still no resolution. Finally they offered to provide a refund if I mailed the dress back at my cost. Lowest price of Shipping was over $100.
Kept the dress and gave it away.

I ORDERED IN JULY and it is now mid-September and I haven't received my item. They DO NOT REPLY to your multiple emails. They also sent it to a completely different address than i put in, and the tracking information was not for my item. It was a scam tracking item that they must send to all customers to make them think they're item is coming. They cannot even construct proper English sentences in their emails so they are obviously scam artists. I have made several formal complaints to Paypal, whom i paid through, and each case has been closed without any resolution.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ORSLE. If it was possible to give this company zero stars I would have. The items do not resemble what is listed on their website. I ordered two dresses (same style, 2 different sizes). When the dress arrived it looked nothing like what was pictured. It was made out of cheap material and poorly sewn together. When I contacted Orsle to return the products and get refunded, they said that they would only be able to refund me $10. I payed over $60 for both items! The product return information they have listed on their website is false and misleading. These people are scam artists. Do not order from them.

i ordered a dress from this website almost two months ago and have not received it. I have emailed the company three times with no response. I have been robbed. I doubt i will ever get the dress or my money back. THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE REAL AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

DO NOT BUY FROM ORSLE!! If I could give negative stars I would! It’s a complete SCAM! The clothes are garbage material and they only ever sent me 1 of the 3 items I ordered and never refunded me the rest of my money or sent me the rest of my items! Absolute criminals!

Awful. Do not buy from this site because they will rob you. I bought two shirts that took over 2 weeks to be delivered. Horrible quality fabric. Emailed the email stated on the website to return and for two days now have been going back and forth trying to get information on how to return the garbage I was sent. The person keeps telling me to send pictures of the items I purchased so he can consult with the warehouse about the issue with the shirts. I told them I just want to return them and I’ve decided against them and just want a refund. I have a feeling from other reviewers on here that I will not be getting my money back. I’m just going to donate the shirts and be done with it. Returning something should not be this difficult and customers should not be denied their money!

I ordered an outfit from this terrible company in July. When it arrived it was poor quality and extremely thin material. I couldn’t even get it up past my knees! I emailed this company to tell them I needed to return and would need a refund. They sent me an address to send it to. I spent 14.00 to ship it back. A month later still no refund. I emailed them again and they tell me to return it to a DIFFERENT address this time. What!! I emailed them back to let them know I already sent it. I also showed proof of my shipment. Then I received an auto reply. I was definitely scammed by this “person”. I am out of 41.00 and although not a lot, I am a student and I need to hang on to every dime I have. I have been calm and patient through my correspondence with this company but now I’m furious!! I want my money back. I see that they delete negative reviews on their Facebook page. I found other victims of them as well. They need to be shut down immediately! I’m filing a complaint with PayPal and I have reported them on Facebook. Please do not buy from Orsle. They are taking people’s money and sending GARBAGE clothing that looks NOTHING like what they display on their website.

I ordered a dress in green, size small. When it came (a month after ordering it) it was a like an ugly bodycon dress - not a-line and not flowy or relaxed fit at all. Nothing like the pictures or description and the measurements were completely wrong - I measured it myself. It was also more like silver, not green and it had little pulls in the fabric. The company was totally unresponsive. Took them a week to respond to my request to return it. When they finally answered their emails were broken English and then they refused to let me return it. Luckily Paypal refunded my money. Funny all the clothing reviews are 5 stars. They clearly don't post any negative reviews. It's false advertising and they should be shut down.
TOTAL SCAM. Avoid this website!

first the website is fake it is actually lovely wholesale. Second the dress I received looked nothing like the website and the romper arrived with a broken zipper.

The quality of this merchandise is rock bottom. Fabrics are cheapest, thinnest synthetic. One dress pictured with beaded detail on bodice...actual dress had cartoonish beads screen printed on surface of fabric. Dress with horizontal stripes was made with stripes sloping down across the front. After reading multiple reviews about impossible return service, I just decided to donate the whole batch rather than try to get a refund from this company.

I ordered some items from the website. The website says it takes 8-15 business days to arrive. 15 business days later the package still has not arrived.

Additionally, I after placing the order, I started following "styledsnapshots" on Instagram. As I looked through the older posts, I saw the EXACT photo that is the ad for one of the items that I ordered. (Striped romper) It appears that Orsel.com is using posts from Instagram to advertise the items that they are attempting to sell. I DM the individual on Instagram to make her aware that her photo is being used by Orsle as a ad.

It took forever for the items to arrive. When I opened the package I was disappointed to see that the fabric is very thin and cheap looking (dresses/jumpsuit way overpriced) as well as not the right color as seen as on pictures :(

Don’t ever buy from this website. It is based in China and they do not accept returns. All items I purchased were disproportionate and did not look like the photos. When I emailed to return, they said it would be very expensive on my end to return the items and maybe I could try selling them or giving them to someone else.

NEVER EVER order from this site. It took my order over a month to come in. I emailed to no avail. When my order finally arrived it was HUGE on me. They informed me to look at the size chart before ordering (haha) no crap. Needless to say they will not refund me my monies. They stated a credit for me to order again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? DO NOT order from this site!!!!

I have ordered a pair of black overalls from Orsle. I wasn’t sure about the brand because there was no phone number to call. I went for it anyways. I received the overalls in a plastic trash bag looking bag. When I went to try them on, I noticed that the stitch job was horrendous. Frayed strings everywhere and the buckle for the overalls was sewed on backwards! Both legs are different sizes and the hem line is completely crooked. I’ve emailed and Instagram messaged Orsle with photos and have not heard back from them. It seems like they are not very concerned with quality OR communicating with their customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ORSLE! I bought two bathing suits that took an eternity to arrive. When they did arrive, the quality was not great (I should've known bc the price was too good to be true). I wanted to return them, I thought no big deal....well it was. The phone number provided is not set up to leave a voicemail, I emailed 4-5 times, and when they finally replied they said I had to pay 3 dollars and the shipping would be so expensive that I shouldn't even bother because the shipping might be more than the purchase itself...WHAT!??. They said they would refund 3 dollars and provide a coupon for the next order, umm, no thanks! They also wanted me to take a pic, which is the weirdest request I've ever heard. What a frustrating nightmare.

Tried to return a dress because it was cheap and way too small, the return email has not answered me, their phone number goes to a recorded person speaking Spanish and they will not let me return any other way. :((((
