It took your company approximately a month to deliver my order. You took my money knowing the Chinese new year was at hand and would significantly slow delivery time on a product I had a serious physical need for it.In the meantime because of the pain I was in i had to purchase another brace at $40.00 from a local medical supplier.When I complained all l got was so sorry so sorry.Do not do business with company !!!!!

The front page of your website says money back guaranteed. This was not the truth. I measured according to the website instructions. I was 2 inches bigger than the size I ordered according to the website instructions and the product sent was too big and offers no support.

I really feel this back brace helps my lower back feel better when I wear it. I also feel I stand much straighter with it on. yesterday I wore it to shovel snow really helped my back.

I am very happy with my back support. It is everything I need as far as pain relief, and is comfortable to wear for long periods.

Product is not too bad but does not stay in place. It moves up and down and the plates move out and have to be pushed back down. Better then some that I have tried though.

I have Ostioarthritis in my spine & find the back Brace relieves most of my pain, well worth the money,

We order a back brace and tried to return the unopened package and they would not respond. Had to fight it on my visa card

Originally thought I ordered the right size according to their sizing chart. It was just a little to small and velcro overlapped by only about an inch. I worked with Orthorelief and they told me that they would send me the next size up and keep my other back support. They charged me a $35 shipping fee for the next size up back support. They worked with me to make this happen and I look forward to getting the larger one so that I can start wearing it.

Just trying to get by day to day with 4 nerves pinching in lower back . waiting on surgeons to fix me the belt has giving me some relief which I'm looking for .still working so needed something to hold me together

Hello, Im disappointed with Ortho relieve back brace. its very bulky on thabdome and doesn't fit right even tho I measured and ordered the correct size. Its not flexible. Im trying to return my brace but the only receipt I find is my bank statement showing I paid for it. Is this sufficient. please reply. I don't want to itv you bad publicity on Facebook.
