Awful company to deal with. Boots ill fitting and not suitable for purpose. Asked for return and refund.
Paid £48.99 - they offered me £10 to keep them !
Said that I wanted a full refund. They then offered me £15.
I was told that I would have to return the package to them at my own expense.
I asked them for the return address on 16/02/2026 - still no reply

I wish I’d read the reviews first! Shoes ordered were not fit for purpose. Struggled to get a return address from them. They offered £12 plus I could keep the shoes. After many emails they gave me an address for the returns and they acknowledged that they had received them. After many promises of a refund (minus a restocking fee) they went quiet. Needless to say, nothing has been refunded. Do not deal with this outfit.

Do not use this company. They are not based in UK despite what website says. It's a Chinese company. Products are quality you would get off Temu.
Total scam

I would give this company no stars. They are thieves. After returning an order in January and asking for a refund I still haven’t received anything apart from lies and excuses from them. DO NOT order anything from this company.
It makes my blood boil to see that they are still in business.

I paid £37.98 for shoes and requested a return as the shoes were way too small, but despite multiple requests, they refused to provide a return label or instructions. Instead, they offered a partial refund of £15 if I kept the item, which is unacceptable. They also used to respond to emails at 2/3AM.

I’ve had to escalate the issue through PayPal due to their lack of cooperation.

Very poor customer service. I would not recommend.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before buying, stupid me! Absolute con of a company, shoes are cheaply made and obviously not from the UK. Have tried to get a refund but get pushed back every time ....partial refund of £12 offered but on requesting return and full refund nothing is forthcoming. Total scam, do not buy from this website!

Only putting one star as not able to leave a 'no star review' which this is.
I ordered two pairs of shoes in January. One pair were fine, but wanted to send the other pair back. They first offered a partial refund of £12 without having to return the shoes and then another of £20 without having to return the shoes. I declined on both occasions. I was then told to return the item at my own expense which I did. I have chased the refund 3 times, and have been told twice that the refund is on the way. To date I have received nothing back.

Terrible customer service- slippers did not fit and were not as described. I contacted orthoserene to arrange to return for a refund but nothing came of it. Looked further into the company and realised It’s a total scam / foreign person using an address in London. Gave up in the end and am £40 out of pocket and stuck with a pair of useless slippers

Ordered the shoes which were not as advertised - they are 100% plastic.
I have emailed three times over three weeks to ask to return them but as yet have had no reply.
I take it from the reviews on Trustpilot that I will never get a reply or a refund. Lesson learned.
DO NOT ORDER from this company - the products are not as advertised and the option to return doesn't exist.

This is a scam website. I ordered a pair of shoes which did arrive, but didn’t fit, so I tried to arrange a return as per their published returns process. Numerous issues, back and forth communication, and despite repeatedly telling me my refund was being issued and I just needed to be patient, I have never received my refund - 5 months later. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my order no sign of it

I received my trainers after a bit of a wait (they come from China) but sadly they were too small :( To give this company some credit, I contacted them and they eventually sent the next size up without asking me to return the first pair. It took a while but I DID receive them. They aren't as great quality as I had hoped for (and expected) but they look nice and will be OK to wear.

Slippers arrived, very poor quality and too small to get my foot into. Asked for return/refund. Nothing but constant emails to say refund will be activated in a few days, this has been going on since mid December. Slippers were returned with proof of posting to an address given by Orthoserene and were returned a few weeks later with no explanation as to why. No refund even though they agreed one. This company is not a real company it is a set up for scamming people out of their money.

They lie about giving refunds. Endless lies and delaying tactics only to never refund returns.
Not a real business but a con.
Payment went to a personal account in Hong Kong.
Website looks genuine but it’s not.

It was a slow process after ordering took nearly two weeks to arrive. Problem was the trainers were too small when they arrived. I contacted the supplier through their website and they agreed to send us another new larger size that when arriving about another 2 weeks later free of charge. My wife was very pleased with them. Many thanks.

This website is a scam. The London address is phony. They are cheap shoes poorly sized and when you email them asking for a return form they don't reply

I would also rate zero stars if it were possible. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in October at a cost of just under £80. Which were very unsuitable, not as advertised etc...after a number of emails they offered me £35 refund, which I very reluctantly felt forced to accept in December. I have not received anything from them!!! A complete scam... do not purchase from this website.

The customer service is very good from my experience. The shoes take a while to delivered but still decent time. And the shoes are amazing. I bought a pair of Mary Jane style. The meterial is so soft and good fit. I'm really happy with the shoes and their email responds. I want to buy from them again.

Why did I not see these reviews prior to buying. I was totally taken in by the website and approx 300 5* reviews on the website.
What I recieved was a very poorly made trainer , too small, was not a genuine size 6.
Am yet to recieve any response for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
