Terrible quality shoes arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag with elastic around them.
Material coming away from trainers and defo not suitable or ortho shoes or for any kind of feet!
I’ve been emailing multiple times a day for over a month with no response. They have completely ripped me off. The number on website isn’t connect. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS.
They arrived about a month late which is when I started email it’s been nearly 2 months now of no replies. It’s a complete scam. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Very poor!

Took over three weeks for shoes to arrive, no response to email queries, and tracking didn’t show the shoes moving for most of that time. The post office were awaiting delivery!
when they finally arrived, they were not good quality, smelt of chemicals, didn’t fit properly and were not what I expected.
I have emailed orthostride twice asking to return them. They acknowledged receipt with an automated message quoting staff shortages etc, but no response since.

I read the reviews after ordering. Don’t make the same mistake!

Ordered shoes, immediately tried to cancel when I saw reviews. Never gor any response. Shoes arrived after 10 days, absolute junk!!
Since then I have sent several emails got the usual reply from "Robert Green" about backlog and staff holidays.
Probably go down the route of contacting "Mastercard" for my refund. Considering sending the shoes to Trading Standards.
Might also apply to Orthostride for a job, seems the staff get 6 months holiday twice a year !!!

I’ve purchased a pair of shoes from this company. I strongly recommend you don’t bother wasting your money.

The communication was poor from the get go. I had no emails refusing a delivery date and it took nearly a month for the item to be delivered.
To top it all off, the quality is beyond inferior and it doesn’t reflect the price.
This was the first and last time I purchase anything from this company.

I’m having the same problem. Took ages for the order to come and not wrapped as they should be. Wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic bag and no document. Several emails sent but same generic email saying due to holidays and staff shortage.

Has anyone got their money back from the company. They shouldn’t to able to do business if this how customers are treated.

I would not give this company 1 star.... I am sure this is a scam... These trainers and shoes are not Orthopedic. My trainers I ordered turned up yesterday- delivered in bubble wrap and a plastic bag??? They are so narrow I could not even get my feet in them - No toe room what so ever no support in any shape or form. I have now read reviews and have sent them a message this eve. I hope to get some sort of reply back. Also a worry for me was that when I wanted to track my order I kept getting a strange reply and I could not track? It kept saying it was false. I hope nobody else has this problem with this company. How on earth do they get away with it? Who knows.

Got a dispatch notice, took another week and a half before they were delivered.

The shoes delivered were not the same as those photos on the website.

Same experience as others - any request for help gets an out of office from Robert referring to staff holidays and no response.

What a scam! Received something looking like the old plimsolls no support at all, ordered 5 got a 4 no communication offered DO NOT buy any thing from this company I've just lost £35

Sounds like I am having the same problem as everyone else here, phoned many times and then it goes to answer machine with a message saying how understaffed they are, I now try calling and not even a dialing tone.
Cheap product and not worth a quarter of what they charged me. Wished i had read up on them before purchasing these awful shoes. I purchased these on 27/08/24 and still waiting for a response to the wrong sized shoes they sent.
I am trying to get my head around how they are still able to trade.
Please DO NOT purchase anything from these cowboys.

Tried to cancel shoes almost immediately they were ordered having seen Trustpilot reviews too late. They arrived eventually, weeks later. Far too small and felt like they were made of polystyrene. When phoned, like others got a recorded message about holiday/workload pressures. Transfers to leave a message result in 'full' so you can't leave one. Multiple emails seeking a refund have gone unanswered. Now claiming back under chargeback scheme. Disgrace it would appear so many people have been affected. Should be wound up.

Sent for a pair of sandals haven’t even received yet and no information when there being dispatched should have looked on the reviews

Don’t use this company / I have had the same experience as others- cannot get hold of them on the phone or via numerous emails requesting details of how to return - a scam

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I have been trying to return a pair of shoes that are too small. I have emailed them and just get a generic email, saying we are experiencing a backlog and will get back to you. I have tried calling them but, the answer machine is full and I cannot leave a message. And now I have been told that I have left it too long to return these shoes. The company is a complete wast of time.

Terrible company.
Sent trainers that didn’t fit.
Said they would replace, but never did and ignored all my emails

Not sure how this company still operates, shoes eventually arrived but at least a size below what was ordered. Extremely poor quality. Contacted Robert Green ( Orthostride ) just ignores emails, therefore we don't know how to return the shoes.
Do not use this company

The shoes are about 3 sizes too small (I ordered a size 6 for my grandma, I’m a size 4 and they’re too small for me) and when trying to create a return, the customer service is non-existent. The number does not work, and I have had nothing but a generic holiday response every single time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you like throwing money away.

Return address on label for E7 unit on Wallows Industrial estate appears to be occupied by Simplex Europe Ltd.
No info but that company has an eBay store selling cheap electrical items.

Expecting zero chance of any response or refund.

Agree with other comments the trainers are complete rubbish.

The shoes I purchased should not be described as orthopaedic as not supportive. The return policy means contacting them first to find out how to return. Out of office return received each time I have tried from "Robert" over 3 month period due to staff
holidays. I have tried their number on the site and guess what it doesn't call. I have tried to put a review on their site re my compaint and that is not accepted,This company and named director was incorporated on Companies House in June 2024. I will try to get my money back via paypal but non of the tick boxes seem to fit my complaint. My feeling is this company has been set up to scam, from the innacurate "orthopaedic' shoe description, automatic email responses, and false phone number. I think this is one to advise consumer protection about !

Much longer delivery time than stated. Poor quality. Much too small and narrow. Return address is incomplete. Emailed support got no response. When i emailed this week my email was returned saying domain does not exist.
