The handling of grandfathered users is extremely shady and the support team is unfortunately unhelpful.

I was a user of Autopilot before it was rebranded to Ortto, for years I had no issues and kept using the knowledge base feature, and one day they closed my account accusing me of going over the limit for 3 months, I only had 1 contact and it is shown in my usage report, but they told me I had 100,000 contacts and for that they decided to close my account and claiming they cannot view logs to confirm.

It's an easy to use tool, onboarding steps were quite streamlined. Their support team in the live chat were super responsive and helpful. Definitely shortened our learning curve. If you have less than 1000 profiles to engage for your business, you might consider something else. We are growing fast, and we need something all-in-one and scales with us like Ortto.

Top features our team fave are Journey builder, landing page builder, dynamic reports and in-app messages, and the AI filter and subject line yes! We are exploring Talk at the moment and see what knowledge base we can build. Also connected the MCP server and start building reports from ChatGPT!

their system availability/uptime is horrible.
their outages last days, not minutes or hours, while they lie on their status page "We are seeing degraded app performance due to our cloud database provider. We are investigating." whereas in reality the app isnt accessible anymore.
The worst availability and customer support I have ever come across. Anyone who is considering using ortto, save yourself trouble down the road, use something else.

They have had 2 outages lasting for more than 24 hours in past 2 weeks. Imagine burning thousands in your ad spend while your mar-tech stack just stays broken with hardly any customer support!!! I am having to invest a few thousand dollars to urgently refactor my backend code to move out of autopilot(now called ortto). Worst tech decision of my career. I wish a slow painful sunset upon this product.
