Look elsewhere for training
What a bunch of pirates, training is not accredited and staff/ tutors offer no assistance and then ignore complaints and when someone reviews them they simply complain.

Most of our training programmes are fully accredited by various accreditation bodies, and our support team and tutors are available throughout each learner’s journey. Great training provider
I would highly recommend studying with Osborne Training, the study materials are comprehensive and the staff are very understanding and helpful. I couldn't fault them, they are amazing.

He is very polite and friendly. His name is Shafir. Last time I had some issues when I try to book an exam. But I need to do the exam before I travel. He is understand my problem and the way he was help me I never going to forget. I really appreciate Shafir. Good luck for your career.

Great experience
I sat AAT Level exams this centre and i couldn't recommended a better place to sit an exam. It was very friendly and welcoming. The staff really cared about there candidates and how they had done.. they offer help if i needed..Great experience

best location for AAT exams
went to do an exam with them and the facilities and assistants were great, I've been doing accounting exams in several locations in London and this one is the most professional so far.

The examiner, Rehana, always has very professional manner to the all candidates and helpful about technical issues. Exam room has enough amount facilities and staff are so kind.

Osborne Training - London staff have been extremely helpful by swiftly responding to my request of booking a last minute exam within 2 working days before the day of the exam. I would like to give a huge thanks to Sohail and Tanuj who took a lot of time out of their working hours to speak to the professional body dealing with a complex issue that had restricted me from sitting any of my exams. Sohail had turned this around in a very short space of time allowing me to sit my exam on time with my due concessions such as 'extra time' without any problems. Tanuj had stayed overtime to continue invigilating me to accommodate the extra time and overall it was a high quality experience to be in the setting. I will definitely return to complete my final exam with them!

I booked an exam but at the wrong…
I booked an exam but at the wrong centre, I emailed them and they confirmed by email and called me that they managed to move the exam!
The customer service was great! They have really good availability for exam date and times.
