We accidentally coded a 2024 VW Tiguan (R in Vin no.) for tow bar electrics , when we should not have.
This brought up loads of fault codes.
Took it to VW Main Dealer ( Vindis Huntington ) said we cannot do it ,but still charged me £300 for basically doing nothing...
Scott at ECS told me to try OSCA.
So I bought an OSCA ...
Best bit of equipment I have bought in ages .
Donna , Andrew & Bjorn were amazing , so helpful , talked me through the whole thing.
and we cleared all the fault codes.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We had a problem with a brand new VW Tiguan, they were able to sort the issues out where the main dealerships couldnt even help. Would highly recommend this company for any diagnostic problems & coding for any vehicle.

I purchased this tool to allow me to completed diagnostic functions that are increasingly being restricted by security gateways by vehicle manufacturers. Its first job was to carry out the ADAS Radar calibration function on a 2020 KIA Ceed which our Bosch software failed to do. Once the site and vehicle set up preparations were done a simple dialogue with the online tech completed the calibration function successfully in a matter of 4 messages and a couple of minutes ! I look forward to using it on jobs I previously have had to turn away.

I have been using Osca for the last 3 years to aid my mobile ADAS calibration business and I can honestly say they are simply the best in the business for over the internet diagnostic and coding solutions.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, tjey are very quick to connect and help and guide you through any process.

Had crazy issues with a Nissan juke, was my first job with tool Martin went above and beyond to help me program keys, bcm and 2 ecms in the end but car was running by the end of the day! If anyone is questioning getting one of these don’t question it anymore and buy! You won’t regret it thanks again Martin

Been customer for over 3 years. Always was helpful but the last job working on bmw 22reg, crupted the vehicles Ecu while clearing the crash shut down. Had to order new Ecu from dealer costing me 1250£ and they won’t take responsibility and eating my time further by saying they did not cuased and insisting on it which was a clean lie.

A great addition to our business - one of the best things we have done in recent years. Very professional, fair and and a passion to help and do the right thing for us.
