We've been using OSI as our furniture supplier on our PFI contracts for the past 5-10 years. The quality of the furniture itself is very good, particularly the replacement classroom furniture, which have proven to be durable and comfortable for our school users. We also appreciated the wide range of options available to us, allowing us to meet specific ergonomic requirements.

Service, Deliveries and deadlines in holiday periods are constantly met without any issues.

Overall, OSI provides good quality furniture suitable for PFI projects and all other sectors.
They have also consistently supported our company ESG commitments with various project support and sponsorships.

Having recently moved schools I contacted Tom regarding an office refurbishment at my new school. Everything from his initial visit , design , quotes, ordering to installation was no trouble to him and his colleagues. He managed to match the new desks to fixed furniture already in the office. The delivery and installation was seamless, the furniture built on site and all the rubbish removed by OSI. Highly recommended!

We recently had OSI fit out our newly refurbished school. OSI went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure the end product was a WOW factor. along the way they ensure we were kept up to speed with what works they were doing each day and did so in a fantastic manner.

This was the first time we have used OSI as an Academy Trust. From the first meeting with Tom to the delivery and installation, the service has been outstanding. We ordered 5 tables at the wrong size by mistake and whilst they were non refundable, OSI offered to take them into storage and credit us if they were able to sell them on again. We will definitely use OSI again.

OSI were cheapest on cost when tendering for furniture for 11 classrooms, which included installation, set up and disposal of all packaging. Their office team were great with communication from start to finish. The installation date was agreed and met and we couldn't be happier with the service received
