My package delivered to me 12 days…
My package delivered to me 12 days after it shipped (way outside the 3-5 day promise when checking out). I reached out to OTAA two times and they never responded (still haven’t). Terrible customer service. Stay away from them!!

I don’t usually post things like this, but I want to say thank you.
I recently buried my 17-year-old son, and every detail of that day mattered. The tie I chose from OTAA was perfect. He looked so handsome—exactly how I pictured him.
The quality is real. You can feel it right away. It held up, looked sharp, and meant more to me than I can explain.
A lot of people asked about it, and I told them where it came from.

Slim fit but doesn't taper through the waist - wonderful fabric
The fit of the shirt isn't the best, I ordered the slim fit in a 42L. It fitted well across the chest and didn't pull or stretch but it didn't taper through the waist with surplus fabric creating a billowing look.
The collars are too short so look sunken whilst wearting a jacket despite having the metal collar styas from OTAA.
On the positive side, the fitting to the shoulders was good, length of the sleeves was perfect and the quality of the fabric is fantastic with people commenting on how good it looked.
I won't be buying again which is a real shame, would love to try the 41L but the site wouldn't let me check out with that size despite stock available.

Great marketing - product imperfect.
The marketing, design and presentation is great - the product sadly not equal to the above. A good tie should touch the belt and be long enough to utilise the loop on the back of the tie. These tie are either too short or the back loop is not high enough to utilise. I am 184cm - not unusually tall.

Our standard ties measure 145 cm (57 inches) in length, which we include in the product details on each listing so customers can check the fit before purchasing. At 184 cm, our ties should generally provide a comfortable length for most knot styles, though we understand that different knot preferences and torso proportions can affect where the tie falls.

Wrong Color
The tie arrived and while the pattern was great, the tie is exponentially darker in person, than how it appears in the pictures online. In fact, I also got matching socks that were also listed as the same burgundy color as the tie, but the socks were more of a match to how they appeared online than the tie. I emailed the company to try to fix this issue, because the quality was really nice and I was willing to exchange for a different color set, but they never responded, and I didn't want to risk losing more money in this transaction.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn't match what you saw online, especially when you're putting together a coordinated look. Colour accuracy is something we care deeply about at OTAA, and it's clear we've fallen short in this instance.
We wanted to follow up personally because your concern genuinely matters to us. We did send a response to your original email; however, it appears our reply may not have reached you. It's possible it was blocked or filtered at the email provider level, and we're sorry for any confusion that may have caused. We wouldn't want you to feel ignored, because that is absolutely not the case.
As outlined in our previous message, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when the colour of a product looks different in person compared to what's shown online. While we do our best to photograph each item as accurately as possible under studio lighting, we acknowledge that fabric type and weave can affect how a colour reads in real-world conditions, and in your case, we can see how the difference between the tie and the socks would have been frustrating, especially when both are listed under the same colour.
We'd love the opportunity to make this right for you, Sarah. Whether that's an exchange, a store credit, or something else that feels right to you. If you have something specific in mind that seems fair and practical, please don't hesitate to let us know.
