Thanks for your feedback — we’re truly sorry to hear your experience didn’t feel up to scratch. That’s never what we want for any of our awesome customers.

After reviewing your message and checking our records, we wanted to clear a few things up. Our customer service team actually did respond to each of your emails — and we even received replies from you too! 🙌 We confirmed your bow tie order came through Amazon (cheers for that, legend!), but we found no completed order for the Glen Plaid Pocket Square on our end. No charge went through, and no order confirmation was issued — which usually means the transaction didn’t fully process.

Just to be safe, we’ve followed up with you again personally to help sort this out quickly. The Brothers at OTAA are here to get this all wrapped up smoothly for your upcoming event.⛵

We’re bummed this left you feeling disappointed, especially with all those marketing emails flying in while you were waiting. Our auto-parrots 🦜 sometimes squawk a bit louder than intended, but rest assured, our customer service team was absolutely on the case!

We’ve actually replied to your email 4 times and sent a follow-up as well, all with the return instructions — it’s possible there may be an issue with your inbox or email provider, as our responses haven’t bounced back to us. You’re welcome to use any shipping method that suits you; USPS, regular mail, snail mail, or the most economical option. Once your return is logged in our portal, any extra time for shipping won’t count against you, so feel free to choose a slower, cheaper method. Shipping costs are typically budget-friendly with a simple envelope or sleeve instead of a box, depending on location. 🚀

Once it lands at OTAA HQ, we’ll have your refund sorted within 7 business days.
