Poor packaging
Items were very nice, but you had to ruin the packaging to see which one was which. I purchased these as gifts. There was no label on any of them

Thank you for feeding back to us. We're very pleased you liked the 'Racing Legends', Victory at Last' and 'On a Mission' pocket squares. We're really sorry though that there was an issue with the packaging and we're not sure what has happened there. We designed the packaging experience so that the gift box lid can easily be taken off (it's not sealed) to reveal the information card sitting on top of the tissue-wrapped pocket square in the box tray. That way you can see the name and details of the pocket square design without disrupting the tissue-wrapped pocket square. It is possible that customs have examined the pocket squares and either not put the information cards back into the box at all or placed the cards under the tissue-wrapped pocket square. Again, we're sorry that the box experience you had clearly wasn't the way we had designed it nor consistent with the way we had packed the gift box.

The designs are great, the quality is very good and the delivery service was quick and efficient.

I own two Otway & Orford pocket squares and enjoy using both of them. They’re high quality and beautifully made. The pop of colour they provide is great for elevating my suit or sports jacket. I’m using one for my wedding soon. Lovely company and I’ll probably purchase another in the future. I highly recommend buying one, they make any outfit look better and it’s fun to explore folds and use varying colours depending on tie etc.. Brilliant.

These are the best pocket squares around but what makes Otway & Orford exceptional is their customer service. They really know how to make their customers feel special. One of the pocket squares was a gift for a friend and the pride with which he wears it told me all I needed to know about the quality and style of beautiful accessory
