poor customer service

I ordered 3 dresses for a New years party, of which I generated a return order for 2 straight away. It took me several emails and several WhatsApp chats to arrange a collection of returned items. Once the items were returned I was offered a refund for only one item- although 2 had been returned. Upon enquiry I was told that I had requested a refund for only ONE item. Which is incorrect. The purchase process and delivery are efficient . The return process is a nightmare. For this reason I would not use this site again

Worst shopping experience

Worst shopping experience. I received a luxury bag with a defect on 18 December and requested a replacement immediately. To this day, nothing has been resolved. I’ve had to call customer service every day with no outcome. Completely unacceptable service for a luxury brand.

Ounass presents itself as a premium…

Ounass presents itself as a premium shopping platform, and outside peak periods the experience can meet that standard. The problem becomes clear during peak season, when the gap between promise and delivery is hard to ignore.

The website continues to promote delivery within two hours in Dubai, yet during busy periods this is not reliable. Delivery windows are shown as commitments, but in practice they are not guaranteed, leaving customers waiting with no certainty.

To cope with volume, Ounass appears to rely on third-party couriers. Once deliveries are outsourced, accountability weakens. When issues arise, responsibility is unclear and resolutions are slow.

False delivery attempts are another recurring issue. Customers are present, no courier arrives, and the system still records an attempted delivery. This quickly erodes trust.

Customer support responses are polite but largely scripted. Instead of ownership or clear solutions, customers receive generic replies that feel designed to move on rather than fix the problem.

Delays during peak season are understandable. Failing to manage them transparently is not. Ounass maintains a strong brand image, but peak-season delivery performance does not consistently support its premium positioning.

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever, i ordered online, they made a mistake and send me the wrong item and when i called to complain they kept telling me we are checking and get back to you and they never did, each time i called customer service i have a different answer
Even the manager that talked to me on the phone said he will help me wirh this issue but he didnt do anything about it
Im very disappointed

Good experience overall!

I have bought things from here a few times and have always had a good experience. There was a slight issue with my last order however the customer service team handled it well and rest assured all was rectified. They are clearly actively trying to improve their customer service and I was very appreciative of their efforts. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Worst experience ever, don’t trust them to deliver good quality items.

Worst experience ever. I didn’t see the item when it arrived but returned it because I took one look at it and didn’t like it. They did not accept the return because they assumed I scratched the bag. I didn’t even see it and they didn’t even send pictures of proof of how it was sent. And when they returned the bag back to me. They didn’t even present the bag in a good condition. It’s really unacceptable and unfair. I will never use their service again.

Made an order but it was not delivered…

Made an order but it was not delivered within promised 2 hours, the delivery was also not let at the doors. The order was out for delivery again , once it reached over 3 hours again I contacted support to know exact time when will it arrive because it was 10pm and wanted to go to sleep , I only received copy paste messages from agent that it is out of delivery and need to wait

Horrible delivery

I used to love Ounass for their great selection.
However, recently they have failed me twice by not delivering my orders.

They don’t even arrive at the delivery location, instead, they simply mark the delivery as “failed” with no explanation and no clear idea of when (or if) it will happen.

My luggage didn’t arrive, so I trusted Ounass to deliver an outfit for an important business meeting and they failed twice, even though I paid for their “fast 2-hour delivery” service.

Customer support keeps making promises but in reality cannot provide an exact delivery time, nor can they even get the courier to call and arrange the delivery.
Their support is simply useless.

I do not recommend shopping here.

Ounass is scamming customers!

My worst e-commerce experience. I returned my order with multiple dresses inside. At first they said they didn’t receive one dress, then they claimed it is damaged at my fault and they sent it in mint condition. I asked for photo with timestamps before sending and after they received it, they refused.

Ounass is refusing to refund me 2300 AED without even showing the damage on the dress at my request!

I was really disappointed with my experience at The Giving Movement. The clothes looked great online, but the actual quality was far below expectations. The fabric felt rough and poorly made, and after wearing them, I noticed skin irritation — which has never happened to me with other brands. For the price and the brand’s image, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying from them again unless there’s a clear improvement in both quality and fabric safety

I initially had some doubts about…

I initially had some doubts about Ounass, but once I saw they offered Tabby as a payment option and that they are part of Al Tayer Group, I felt more confident placing an order.
I placed my order at 12:30 AM and selected the delivery window between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Impressively, I received my package at 5:30 PM—earlier than expected—with elegant packaging and a warm welcome note.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience and would consider shopping again.

Incompetent delivery service

Incompetent delivery service. Made a "Same day delivery order", and it didn't arrive. Not only that, when the customer service was contacted they were more of a hassle and of no help at all. Cancelling the order that didn't arrive was also a pain.
Save yourself the trouble and time and find any other service that knows how to do their job.

Bad packaging & customer service

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed on Ounass. The plastic bag of the product I received arrived completely damaged, and the gift message I wrote was left blank, which ruined the purpose of sending it as a gift. To make things worse, I tried contacting your customer service multiple times by phone and email, but received no response. I expected a much better experience from a platform like Ounass, especially for a gift order. I’m truly disappointed and hope this issue is taken seriously. I kindly request a proper resolution, either a refund or replacement, and an explanation for the poor service.
