Absolute disgraceful behaviour from…

Absolute disgraceful behaviour from this company. They have taken three small amounts over a 3 day period. On the fourth day they have taken £38.
I contacted the chat service and spoke to a guy called Marc.
I informed him that 1Euro had been taken from my wife's account and we had not signed up to this business.

Marc stated it wasn't a problem and stated the account was closed. I wanted it closed immediately but I noticed on the email I had to wait 10days which I thought was rather suspicious.

My bank Santander had noticed suspicious activity by this company due to the three small amounts over the three day's and duly declined the £38.

My wife has had to cancel her current credit card 5 day's before Christmas with so many things to purchase still for the big day.

Shame on you in my opinion you are the opposite to classy. You are a disgrace.

I think this is a scam site due to not refunding my money
Do not use
If it’s too good to be true ITS A SCAM
This is my first time using this site.
I am still trying to delete/ cancel my account which has not happened yet.

I have now received my money back, I only think I got this due to my negative review which they have asked me to delete.
It has been over one year ago since I did this feed back for the last month I have received numerous emails asking me to take my review down. Which I will not do so please stop emailing me asking this.

I had money taken from my account on 2…

I had money taken from my account on 2 seperate occassions for which I did not authorize, I got in touch with my bank to report this as fraud the bank then asked me to contact yourselves which I did straight away, so hopefully now my refund is in progress for which I am thankful.
