This “company” tried to take more money from my account without my authorisation I tried to purchase something from Facebook ad ( NEVER AGAIN) which wouldn’t go through I lost £2.00 and then a day later a payment of £6 was taken from my account lucky enough I got notification and blocked them and got it returned I dread to think how much they would have carried on taking if I hadn’t noticed

Took 2 payments from me when I never subscribed.
When I noticed two transactions on the same day from this business that I had never heard of let alone subscribed too I was very angry. I tried to resolve this issue via online chat and was told I couldn't get a refund even though I never joined to start with. I was told my account would be deactivated and no more money would be taken from my account. Not even 1 hour later did not one but 2 transactions leave my account again. I was not a happy girl. I gotta back onto online chat and voiced my opinions quite forcefully. I then put it from my head until today when I received a really thoughtful and kind email from Zoe in the Escalation team sincerely apologising for the mistakes made at her end and is going to issue me a full refund. Thank you Zoe for addressing this stressful issue. I really appreciate the refund and the fact you took the time out to fix this issue. Warm regards. M. Sheehan

It took a few days and various e-mail exchanges but during the process the persons that took in charge were always willing to provide solutions with a very fluid communication. So, my customer experience was very good.

I was experiencing a problem where I mistakingly made a subscription I wasn't aware of and one of the team members helped me with so much patients and calmness and I also received a call from Eugene which is also part of the team who explain everything to me and helped me with the mistake I made.
Scam! Stay away
I have been scammed from one of the fault advertisement on Facebook. It linked with this merchandise and they started charging me without my consent.
I contacted them to cancel the subscription and I still received email my account will be charged in 3 days, despite the cancellation!
The support said there rules is a 14 days to process a cancellation, during these times you will still get charged. Seriously SCAM!
But if you are reading this meaning you are probably one of the victims already. I doubt the actual thing even exist and they even have real products selling.
